Basic but clean and tidy, everything you’d need for a short break, nice and quiet at night, Wi-Fi ok, tea and coffee in room. Reception staff very helpful. Great location to see the city, five mins from railway station to get back and too to the airport, lots of restaurants close by to choose from. Would stay again for a short break.

Super convenient to the train station. Also, just around the corner from a thoroughfare with restaurant, coffee shops, gelato. The walk to the lake and old town was also quick.

Very basic hotel room near the train station. Thing I liked most: actual hooks on the back of the door for hanging wet jackets. Things I liked least: the bathroom door that offered no privacy, and the thermostat that wouldn’t let me change the temperature or even the volume of airflow.

The air conditioning would not get the room less than 23.5 and we were hot. Staff tried everything, and delivered a fan which helped, But if you want a cool room I would check other hotels. Staff is great.

Only a few bus stops from the airport. Located just outside of Geneva Train Station. Centrally located with easy access to mass transit. Lots of restaurants and small markets around the area. Friendly staff. Cozy and clean room.

Beautiful room, unique concept and close to many shops, restaurants and 4 minutes to the main transport station. Easy to walk to the lake and other attractions. Highly recommend!

A convenient location near the train station. Rooms were clean and worked for our short stay in Geneva. But rather bare bones and weird lighting. Cost was good for the area but expensive for this type of room

I stayed here with family for one night whilst travelling Switzerland. The hotel is in an excellent location. It is opposite the main train station and is on the door step of Geneva. The shops, attractions and old town are only a matter of minutes away on foot. The hotel rooms are on the smaller side (we had a triple room) but the rooms were very clean, smelt great (think they pump air freshener in) and were very light and modern. The staff were all very professional and helpful. We asked for recommendations for dinner and they spent a considerable amount of time helping us. The only downsides for the hotel were that the rooms were very warm and the aircon was deactivated as it was winter time, so we had to open the window to cool down and sleep at night. The additional downside to opening the window was the building next door appears to be having extensive building work and the buildings wrap flaps at night in then wind and is loud and the building work, which is very loud starts early, so sleep wasn’t the greatest. Overall, it was a nice hotel and in an excellent location, but until the building works next door have been completed, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Stayed here multiple times without any issues, but this time it took 8 hours and 3 requests to get Geneva bus card. Not sure if check-in staff were too busy, but request was finally honored the third time

Nice place, reasonably priced, close to trains and waterfront.

The hotel itself is very nice and in a convenient location next to the train station. But there was a lot of noise from the street all night even though I was on the seventh floor. Looked like some homeless beggars gathered opposite and had loud music, dogs barking and people yelling all night.

Super conveniet location, walking distance to train station, close to shops and restaurants. Beware if traveling in summer, very poor design of the air con flow, only keeping half of the room cool with the lowest temp setting, very hot around the bed. No separate lighting for bathroom or sink area, so turning on lights for bathroom or wash area would require lighting up the room. No refrigerator in the room, coupled with poor air con, again something to be mindful during summer (i.e. buying and keeping Swiss chocolate in the hotel room.)

Nice hotel. Excellent location to train, bus, and boat. Only issue is that the air conditioning was useless

Cute hotel. Area a bit shady especially at night. Lot of food options nearby. Rooms were clean. Beds were a bit small for two people as it was two single mattresses together on a bigger frame. Mr Christophe was very accommodating at the front desk. Kinda disappointed that wasn't told about the free local transport pass that is offered by Geneva city.

Wonderful location: Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.. Easy walk to/from the Geneva train station and bus stops. Easy walk to the Geneva Old Town area and the gardens. I was able to catch a bus from Geneva train station to CERN and also to the U.N. headquarters area. Wonderful staff: The staff were very helpful and friendly. They provided the Wifi password and an electrical outlet adapter when I arrived. The room: the air conditioner worked wonderfully! The room was small, but efficient and interestingly designed in a modern way. The room was very clean, and the daily maid service was excellent. I liked the mini-fridge with water, juice, beer and wine in the common area near the elevator on my floor (self-report use). The room was quiet, and had a simple desk for working. The only negative was that the bed was a bit hard. I would definitely stay there again.

My Stay at Hotel Cristal was wonderful. The hotel is located in a wonderful spot close to shopping and dinning as well s walking distance to wonderful sites. I will stay here on my next trip to Geneva or will recommend this hotel to others. Thx.

The hotel is in a convenient location near the train station. It is decorated in a modern style. Hotel staff were nice and efficient. The rooms get a fair amount of noise from outside on the street, people in the hallways and near elevators. There is air conditioning, but is set by the hotel (perhaps a little warmer than some might like). Rooms are clean and functional, but may not always seem comfortable.

We would highly recommend Hotel Crystal. Very near railway station in a quiet street. Clean comfortable and clever room design. We felt safe walking in the area. Need a 3 pin European adapter for charging electrical equipment. Lido on lake good for a visit.

Too warm to sleep! I could not control the room temperature. It was too warm. I turned the heat completely off and still it was too warm. I needed to open the windows to be comfortable enough to sleep, which was way too noisy to do. Would not stay again.

Comfortable room for three. It was a short walk from the main train station and we were able to leave our bags while we waited for the return train.

Service was great, very clean, private bathrooms, everything was nice and new. love it
