Updated and great!

Advertise new updated rooms..our room was small old & chipped furniture & dirty baseboards. Toilet ran all the time & air conditioning unit was filthy. When it ran terrible smell, we tried to wipe the louvres w/sanitized cloth they were black!! We were 3 grown senior adults, not enough towels & having to maneuver around room to get to restroom. I feel we were given the bottom of the barrel!!

Can we get the coffee station up earlier than 6a - perhaps 5a. I have to be at work by 6. Thanks. GNI always a pleasure even though price is rising. Thanks

My stay was amazing. The location was wonderful.

Just so-so but staff was great.

Okay for one night. Had to switch rooms because the bedside lamp was broken. Housekeeping cart kept ending up right in front of my door. Staff was attentive, however, and after I left a pair of shoes in the room, they went over and beyond to make sure I got them. It’s definitely no-frills.

Peaceful , nice and clean.

The front guy was rude and not kind. When I asked him if I can have a quiet room, he asked me if I want him to change the system or not as he does not have any other rooms. I had no ideas what he was talking about. Then someone else came and helped him and I got a quiet room which was not in front of the pool. Then when he explained the location of the room, he showed the hotel map and I asked him if I should go this way or that way, he only asked me to look at the map closely which I could not see without my glasses. He treated me as if I could not even understand the map. When I asked him, if I should go this way or that way, I hope he just answered my question kindly and told me the answer without treatment me badly. To me he was someone who was not helpful at all. Maybe he treated me that way as I am an Asian old lady. I had the worst experience at this front office.

Very convenient location. No-frills, but covers all the basics. The thing which bothers me the most is the parking situation. The parking spaces are WAY too small, even for a compact vehicle. If the hotel is booked full, good luck finding a decent space where you're not going to get dinged or scratched.

Had no clean towels. There was poop stains from dog on the blankets

the place is nice but the cleaning services needs to be supervised. one room bathroom mildew and smelled like the mop was not fully cleaned. the other room had a carpet smell. over all the place is nice but management needs to be on top of their maintenance crew. Oh yes graveyard front office needs to be more customer friendly.

Cheap hotel

It was a good stay and clean. Very large rooms. But we were woken up at 3am by a group loudly talking outside for nearly a 1/2 hr. And lets just say, based on the crowd that was outside when we checked in at 10pm, we didn't think it would be safe to ask them to move. But the motel itself was clean and nice for the price.

The standing in the US - is that you clean the room every single day. This is just standard, understood practices when you stay in any hotel (literally I’ve stayed in a horrible motel once and even there they had cleaning each day). But you guys don’t do that I guess, maybe you’re above/too good for the standard it seems like. Other than that the rest was very average.
