The stay was absolutely perfect. I'm so happy we found this hotel. we have stayed at many others in the area but it was our first stay here. We loved that we had a sleeper sofa. we are a family of 6 and that extra bed was a lifesaver. check in and check out was a breeze. The pool was open until late so we were so happy that we still got to enjoy the jacuzzi. The room had everything we needed, a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. It was super clean and it smelled great. The best part of it all was the free parking and the free buffet breakfast. we made ourselves waffles with all the toppings, there were eggs and sausages, bagels, cereal, and so many other options. It was sooo good. Highly recommend. Plus, it was walking distance to literally anything you may need. The overall stay was just perfect

Our room fit its purpose. We needed a place to sleep between freight night and regular ride time at Magic Mountain. However, we had a dirty sink and needed pillows. The woman who checked us in was nowhere to be found after we were checked in. The lady who did breakfast did an excellent job.

We were greeted the front desk clerk who checked us in quickly. Our room was on the third floor as we had requested and was clean. The bathroom was clean and the beds comfortable. This is our "go to" hotel when we are in the Los Angeles area.

The hotel was nice. It was easy to find after leaving Six Flags. Coffee was OK too. They have the individual coffee pouches. I love the breakfast. It was simple. I just love oatmeal. It was great.

Pros: everything worked in the room, breakfast was reasonably good. Cons: Small bathroom counter, decor not very attractive. Strong marijuana smell in elevator and 2nd floor when we arrived (so much for not smoking indoors). This was a meh property. I have stayed at much nicer Fairfield Inns before. I would not stay here again as it doesn't seem like a good value for the money.

During check in we had amazing customer service, however later in the evening there was a power outage when inquired about it we were provided a very flippant response. Same during check out, when I inquired about my bill the response was very flippant. Although I am a frequent patron of Marriott properties, I would not recommend any Fairfield Inn properties, at least in Southern California. They seem outdated and not very well maintained, customer service on two separate stays was unacceptable

We had a wonderful stay, our room was clean, the A/C was amazing, staff was friendly and helpful! Thank you to Robert for coming to our room at 12am when we had a question about our a/c so kind! We’ll definitely be back soon!

Upon check in we discovered the air conditioning was not working in our room, as the control was set to 71 and it was 87 in the room. We immediately told the front desk and they apologized and gave us another room and it was very nice.

Hotel was ok. It's an older hotel but it was clean and nice. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Even though the hotel was very full, it was quiet. Pool was packed as it was quite hot.

Our time at the Fairfield was brief, but this hotel met most of our expectations. Was in a nice area, freeway accessible, room was comfortable, breakfast was decent (love the oatmeal) and the staff at check in was friendly. The only negatives I can address was parking and some dirt scum in our bathtub. We are traveling with our small travel trailer and parking was very limited and did not accommodate our rig. We had to find some larger parking spots at the Marriott next door. As far as the dirt scum in our bathtub, it looked like there had been a plumbing backup into our tub that had receded. We were able to rinse it off and clean it ourselves, but it was a little gross. Otherwise, we enjoyed our overnight here. Would stay again if we aren’t pulling a trailer.

The mattress was well used & had some uneven spots but was comfy. The breakfast was better than most chains. The room was spacious. I liked having a variety of pillow thicknesses. The location was very handy being close to the freeway. Parking was cramped though. We had to park in the lot belonging to the Residence Inn & was less convenient at night. The staff at the desk was efficient.
