Just the diagonal parking beside street, people can double park and you’ll have to park out back. If you sleep in you make be blocked in from other people parking along the street.

Service was poor, there are charges which they call it government taxes , but it reads as marketing fee in the invoice. So don’t trust the announced price

At first we were a bit worried because the lobby was locked. It was unlocked and the clerk said that they lock it to keep out unwanted druggies. We checked in and had trouble figuring out how to get the tv to work. The girl from the office was very helpful and got it going. The room was nice, big and clean. The bed was comfortable so all was good. Would stay again.

It was good but too expensive for a motel. Staff is not friendly but not unfriendly. Just seem to not like their jobs, no smiling at all.

The young lady at front desk was very helpful and kind. Was here August 14-15. Came in evening.

Room is perfect for what we needed. The staff was ok, no breakfast, parking lot is very small. Outdoor walkway to doors. Didnt like that it was downtown, with tons of inner city folk walking around.

The room next to us was very loud (music, swearing, laughter) until after 1:00 am. After a call and a visit to the front desk to complain, the staff responded accordingly, and quiet resumed. The staff is always friendly and easy to deal with.

This was a medical trip. The room had lami ate flooring so you could see it was spotless, as were the baseboards. The whole room and bathroom were impressively clean and bedding was not only clean but very comfy. Highly recommend

The rooms were clean and up to date. The bathroom was remodeled. The beds were comfortable. Only problem was side hill parking was difficult.

Based on location the staff makes you feel as safe as possible, they simply have np control on what goes on outside on the street. They are vigilante in their security. Always friendly and the premises are clean.

Our stay was good, was clean when we arrived. We were there for just a few days, so we didn't have them come into clean everyday. Staff is friendly. The only thing i didn't care for was the parking, unless got there early in the day you had a good parking, but we would be gone most of the day, as we had a famy member in the hospital. Other than that was a good stay and a good deal.

I recently stayed at [Hotel and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The room amenities were in terrible condition, which was a stark contrast to the very clean and nice room pictures they posted online. The toilet seat was broken, and the toilet bowl was floating, making it unusable and extremely inconvenient.
The room had a horrible smell that made my stay very uncomfortable, and the bedding was itchy and clearly not clean. This is unacceptable for any hotel, and I expected much better standards based on their misleading online photos.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and hope that management takes serious steps to improve their facilities and cleanliness.

I have stayed in a hotel from the network in Chicago, I think. It wasn't perfect. The rooms were smelly. The floor was dirty. It's not something that I would recommend to anyone. But arriving at the hotel yesterday, I was surprised to see how well-maintained it was and make sure that nobody smokes near the rooms and the rooms were clean. The only downside is that the walls are thin, so that I could hear almost every word of the conversation from the adjacent room. But I would recommend it to everybody if they ask me.
