The staff members were all nice. The room was clean. The breakfast was well stocked and a variety of food items for breakfast.

The hotel was way back off the road and the grounds were not well taken care of - lots of weeds growing up everywhere. Lots of employees sitting in the lobby and a lot of people just hanging around outside. The receptionist was pleasant and the place was very clean but our room had the strangest smell to it. I still can't place what it was. Our room was near the breakfast room, but the room was quiet and you couldn't hear in the hallway, etc. The sheets smelled nice and the bed was comfortable, but I somehow wished we had stayed elsewhere.

The front person is very friendly and informative. Breakfast is good, and dining area is very clean.

The staff was excellent. We had problems accessing the internet and the manager logged us on and stayed with us to make sure we were satisfied.

Nice clean and safe hotel, no worries about location. Comfortable beds and room. Breakfast could have been warmer but thats my preference. I hate cold eggs. Standard selections for breakfast so not bad. Family reunion in area and hotel served its purpose.

The stay started with me standing at the front desk for about 10 minutes with no one around. I phoned the hotel and one of the two fellows I passed on the way in, who was smoking with his friend by the door came in to answer the phone. I checked in and was given room on top floor with no direction on how to get there. The room was fine it was clean and temperature was at 68 degrees. Bathroom was clean and probably stocked. Our stay was for two nights. We were gone for the day. When we returned in the evening we found that our room had not been serviced. We used the coffee so there was none, the bed was as we left it the used bath towels were still on the floor. I went down to the desk and requested 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. The attendant had a problem finding our reservation, but did and I let her know that room had not been serviced. She made no comment just got the required 2 towels. When we left in the morning, down from our room there was still a bag of garbage in the hall. For the prices charged service should reflect that amount of attention.

This hotel had a very nice breakfast including caged free eggs, turkey sausage, waffles, oatmeal with many topping options, and even oat milk in addition to regular milk. There were many other options for breakfast, also... these were just about a quarter of the options. Also, the beds, and especially pillows, were very comfortable - the best pillows I've ever found in a hotel. The staff was great. Pool was nice and clean.

Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Room was clean, but did have a musty/strong air fresher smell. Room and property had some cosmetic issues/broken doors etc.

I had a room next to the elevator and was surprised how quiet it was. Overall, pleasant experience. I would stay again.

Rooms were nice but the hotel was dated. No EV chargers either.

Overall the stay was ok. Room was neat and clean but there was the oddest smell in the hallway both days and the smell of mold/water damage in the room. The elevator floor was also very dirty. Staff was very friendly.

The room assigned to us was quiet and comfortable. Only downside was the sink area was too cramped for a five day stay. The breakfast buffet was a delight! The staff was cordial and very helpful.

Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and welcoming. This was much appreciated. Once entering our room, however, we were smacked in the face by a very prominent odor. The room smelled musty, dirty and almost like cat urine mixed with air freshener. In addition to this, the floors in the bathroom were sticky, the toilet had dried pee all over it, and our sheets were clearly not changed after the last person had our room so a clean set had to be requested immediately. Although the staff was friendly, I regret booking a room here. For the price, this should have been a much different experience.

The hotel is nice and is quiet. The staff was friendly. The only thing we noticed was the shower curtain seems too small for the shower.

Our room had a funny smell. Our deadbolt lock was broken. Other guests were singing and screaming up and down the hallways all hours of the night.

Staff was above and beyond amazing! Rooms were nice, but mattresses were old, uncomfortable, and in need of replacement.

2nd time visiting this hotel. Service is always top notch, room was clean and comfortable. Mini-fridge was not cooling well and only settings I could find turned on rapid chill for 2hrs, which didnt get drinks very cold. Did do ok though. The only real negative, was the huge flood light directly outside window that was difficult to block out with the curtains.

It's rare to encounter such a friendly staff! They made our overnight stay so pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, the location convenient and the price more than fair.

Staff member on reception was not welcoming or friendly. Was abrupt and rude and I felt like I had to work for already paying to stay. I had driven 830 miles today and to be greeted this way was poor form. She was sitting down at the guest area relaxing when I came in and basically hated the fact I was there. Ive worked in hotels most of my life and currently own and operate small hospitality venues in NY so understand the importance of whats a stake. The venue itself is nice but the lady on service needs to be reminded of her role.
