The hotel clerks were amazingly friendly, polite, informative and extremely professional.

It was okay. I had a room on the first floor by the ice machine. It wasn’t the most peaceful stay. I just needed a place to sleep for a night.

Let's just say, you'll want to keep your shoes on. I wouldn't have expected a Ramada to be in this condition. Floor molding broken off, filthy carpeting, cracked card reader on door, etc. You get the picture.

This hotel is a C; it’s an older property, very vintage and run down. But it’s clean and the AC works wonders. Our relatives live nearby so it’s an ideal place to stay. Staff is indifferent to guest, no nice but not rude just going through the motions basically. We just slept there and left.

Was happy with staff for working with me regarding an issue i had.
Cons: not very clean rooms(crumbs on part of the floor when we arrived, long strands of hair on bathroom floor). Very dim lighting in the room. Carpet around all hotel was very dirty and stained. No elevators.
Appreciated having a place to stay for a very quick trip out of town.

The Ramada was Nice. The room was clean. The pool was great. As well as the Free breakfast. The staff was friendly and professional and helpful.

The facade is nice, but after leaving libby checkin, the hotel is beaten... The initial room had bathroom issues. The maintenance crew came and assured us the error was corrected. It wasn't. We were moved to a different room. However, in the middle of the night, roaches were in the room. Horrific! We checked out in the a.m. Hopefully, we can get a refund for the remaining days. The bed was super had and We couldn't endure another dilemma...

The property was spotless clean. Quiet area. Beds are comfortable, big rooms. Pool is beautiful and clean. Breakfast very well organized, the lady that is in charge was very friendly, Victoria I believe was her name. Staff at front desk were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and we will come back.

The check-in was very easy and the staff was so friendly despite my group arriving at 11:30. They also helped us with questions about breakfast and water. The room was super clean and comfortable for a quick night stay. Breakfast was also convenient so we didn't have to stop after getting on the road.

Booked through Expedia the room we were give was not acceptable as run down, rusted tub and generally should not be give to anyone. They graciously gave us another room- not much better but when going to sleep heard water and the vent in bathroom had started leaking. Front desk gentleman immediately called maintenance and moved us to another room. Guessing not many places to stay in this city but will never go back!! All the staff were amazing. Was not impressed with the pool area and a guy smoking weed right there and drinking all night regardless of the no smoking sign.

The staff was really nice but the room was dirty the hotel was in disrepair and there were a lot of smokers between the back door and the pool so the kids had to walk through all the smoke.

The front desk person (a guy) was very energetic and very kind! He is an awesome person with great personality!

The room was clean and comfortable. The best part was Kyle who was working the front desk. He was the most pleasant and personable employee that I have ever encountered at a hotel. This location is lucky to have him.
