Parking was inconvenient and the room was unclean. There was hairs in the shower and crumbs on the chair.

The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The front desk staff lacks customer service assistance when it comes to offering solutions to an issue or problem. Pet-friendly is nice but may I suggest installing a light by the grass relief area and a trash can. May I also suggest free or discounted parking to your hotel patrons? $20/day is pretty steep.

Great place to stay, quite close to all.

The hotel is formerly higher end that is in need of refurbishment. The room smelled musty, and the staff was less than friendly, or helpful. They also did not have amenities that lower star hotels have, such as on site laundry.

The rudest staff I have ever encountered . Clean at counter made comments toward my wife incinerating she was a hooker and I was a John because my wife is black and I am white . She then refused to change the room at my wife’s request and adresssd me and ignored my wife mind you who was on the reservation as well the women in question was a older black women who clearly had a problem with my wife marrying a white man the other staff noticed at the desk . We went to the room it was discussing and dirty . We called down and asked to change the room they were rude over the phone when we came down we went to the youngest clerk at the end she was nice and she apologized for the women’s behavior and even stated she did not understand why she had done that and could see my wife’s name on the computer as well as mine and was sorry we were treated that way at this time we deficed to contact there corporate office and other actions may be take hands down one of the worst experience of my adult life and they wonder why Atlantic City falling back into the Ocean absolutely worst customer service experience of my life . I really my stop using them all together and will preach this to my employer and everyone who will listen for life so disgusted on the way we were treated if you are in a biracial marriage relationship or have children stay away !!! Run !!!!

Staff was friendly , hotel is nice and in the midfle of Atlantic City

My stay at hotel was great. My issue came with when they charged my card they did it 3 times paying double waiting for them to reverse the charges.

There was an unpleasant smell in the room. What is worse was that there were drunk people trying opening our door in the middle of the night.

The only downside were the dining options. When I booked I was told there would be a free hot breakfast. There were two problems with that. First, I had to catch a train that left at 6:52. Breakfast isn't scheduled to start until 7 a.m. The second problem was that they don't do the breakfast, which is a fancy buffet when the hotel doesn't have a lot of bookings on weekdays. So that should be noted in the promotional materials on your website.

Our stay at the Sheraton was wonderful! The front desk staff were so helpful and kind. Location was great, about a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk, right next to the Tanger Outlets and walking distance to some restaurants. The cleanliness I gave a 4/5 because there was loose hair left in the bathtub and on the bathroom door. Parking is a little pricey per day, other than that no complaints! Will be staying here again!!

The hotel is very good, but we had some problems, the elevator took a long time, every time we asked for the elevator it took 20 minutes or even more. We found out last minute that we didn't have parking included and breakfast wasn't included either. There was a problem with our shower in the room, when the water came out, very little came out.

Place needs a face lift pretty bad but its clean and comfortable for a business trip. Really convenient for the convention center. Convenient parking right there as well.

This is the worst Sheraton I’ve ever stayed at. The amenities list out a pool, but but there isn’t one. We also paid for our breakfast buffet in advance But we were given a $15 coupon to use at their store. I mean, what can you get for $15? The coffee itself was like $6, Overall, very, very bad experience

I didn't like that there are no pools in this huge hotel. There was limited elevators working.

The room was not clean properly. It was a lot of dust in the bathroom on the counters there were moles on the walls in the shower. There was rust in the pipe showerhead. It was horrible. I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay there.

I really loved that it was clean and staff were respectful. However, for the cleaning it says to tip but we didn’t use the cleaning services so we didn’t tip. Also, there is 24/7 gym access and breakfast if you pay for it or include it in your stay. I wish the breakfast had a bit of change in some days. But overall, my stay was a 5 star. Thank you! I enjoyed it!
