Great hotel, check in was top and receptionist was really helpful and very welcoming answering all my numerous questions.
Breakfast is nothing but juice and coffee, nothing else! I had to go a little bit further for a real one!
Bed was not as comfortable.
Nevertheless I liked the place and raté was acceptable.

Tyler at front desk was amazing. Had problems with our reservation and he accommodated to our every need. Super friendly an excellent customer service which you don’t see that anymore anywhere!!! Thanks for a wonderful experience!!!

The good..Room was clean, a/c was cold and the bed was comfortable.
The bad.. employees was rude and acted like you was a hindrance to even check in.. what about the breakfast you may ask? DYKTMM? MUFFINS... and juice...thats it VERY disappointing, like just come out and say "hey you're better off planning on eating out for breakfast everyday"
The ugly.. rooms was NO smoking but it didn't stop people from smoking on the balconies, couldn't even sit and enjoy because of the smoke, and employees/people smoking at the entrance.

The room was average clean, beds were in poor shape, very lumpy and soft. The room had a stale small. The bathroom was in poor shape, with peeling wallpaper, stained shower and sink was cracked. The heat lamp did not work.

The hotel stated free breakfast. Juice and a basket of pre packaged muffins is not a breakfast. Hotel hallways smelled bad. Our bathroom light would not turn off.

This is a great little property. It was great for a 1 night stay. Conveniently located, staff was courteous and helpful. Room was clean. I have no complains. I did not stay for breakfast, I heard is only muffins and coffee and they were clear about this in the beginning. Personally, I think that even with no breakfast this is worth the stay. Plenty of good places to have breakfast in Cherokee an all within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Was there for a quick family outing. With the exception of a slight odor when first walking into the room everything was great.

The room was very nice, spacious, and with a nice assortment of furniture for comfort. The balcony wasn't cleaned, and spider webs were around the balcony door. There were quite a few hairs in the bathroom floor. I think they actually came from the towels. But for the most part the room was clean.The breakfast was just muffins and coffee. The dining area was closed off.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The beds were comfortable and everything worked. We were NOT impressed with the cleanliness of our room as it seemed the toilet was not cleaned properly and some other minor issues. Overall the hotel wasn't very clean in some areas like the stairwells. There was dried gum stuck to the railing and other dirt/debris in the stairwell as well as an overall musty dank smell. The pool and hot tub were good. One HUGE letdown was the "breakfast". It wasn't a breakfast at all...just some coffee and juice and some prepackaged muffins. Weak. You can't list that as a free breakfast. Otherwise, just an OK experience.

Three star experience at a Three star hotel. AC unit sounded like a jet engine, Analog TV feed was unwatchable, “Included Breakfast” was a cold muffin. But the bed and towels were clean, and the room was quiet. If you have low expectations, it’s a decent place to rest.

Good place to stay. Hotel was located on Native American reservation and shops and restaurants are right down the road. Hotel is not luxury but it was clean. Breakfast is coffee, tea, muffins. Over all good stay for the low cost. Would stay again.
