It is on older motel, but it is in good shape. The rooms have recently been remodeled and are clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. It's the perfect basecamp for a trip to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Check-in was easy and fast. The staff was super friendly, rooms were clean and welcoming. Area around the Hotel was clean as well. Definitely will be my place to stay for now on when visiting.

Clean and comfortable stay with exceptional/friendly staff and is conveniently located for families who want to explore the mountains or just hang around town.
We were only really in the room to sleep but it was more than enough room for our family of 4 for a few days.

The inn was older than I expected. It has more of a “motel” feel. The room was spacious, clean, and adequate.. The bed was comfortable. I could hear the heavy traffic which was disappointing.

Very clean hotel room. Older hotel but our room was very clean. Rooms was quiet and water pressure good and easy to get to.

Not really the hotels fault but neighbors gathering on both sides of room and smoking right outside which meant cigarette smoke drawn into room by ac unit.
