The people were extremely nice and friendly but very out dated, bed mattress was sitting on 2×4's. Very loud neighbors in the other rooms, floors very stained and dirty, gum stuck to floors.

Check in was bit frustrating, hotel couldn’t find my reservation. After showing them my email confirmation they got me my room setup. Room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay there again

If you’re thinking “man, this is a great deal, I can save $25-50 by staying here” don’t do it. Pay the extra money. The smell and stained/dirty carpets just isn’t worth it.

Room turned out to be filthy. The carpet was very wet in front of sink and dresser. Used 8 towels to try to soak up some. Light bulb over bed burned out. Front desk gave us towels but offed no help. Temperature set in room was 60 when arrived. Not a great smell

Not bad for the price. Window latch was broken floor was stained. Couch and sink was dirty. Bed was ok. Room has a refrigerator, microwave, TV and coffee. Overall good stay.. Dennys next door.

The water comes out milky out of the faucet. Wifi you needed to go to front desk to set up. Breakfast was not ready at 6am as advertised.

Very disappointing. Primary reason for choosing ABV was breakfast beginning 6 am. But it was unavailable because clerk did not have key to supplies! We eventually had to hit the road by 6:45 without even coffee. BTW - there was no coffee packets in the room even though it had a coffee maker.

we had a terrible experience - there was who knows what all over the vanity and hair dryer, dirt (best case scenario) on the bed spread and the staff would be out front smoking and picking at their feet.

This was a inexpensive hotel, not very well maintained, in my parents room the faucet handle came off, said the maintenance man left, no offer of different room. Pillowcase in my room had black tar like stains, seemed laundered tho. Room fairly clean. Bed was comfy. Not awful not great. On my way back thru, I chose another hotel

This hotel is an older hotel but it is very clean, the staff is very nice and the rooms are a good size and they have a fridge, coffee maker and a microwave which I love. I would stay there again.

It was fine. Room was nice. Outside guest door seemed to not work with the updated room keys so was propped open or sometimes not, meaning anyone could wander in off the street OR you couldn't get in with your room key (if someone removed they prop) and then you had to go around to the from desk, even during daylight.

Look don't go expecting a 5 star hotel like those people that rated it low on Google maps. A lot of privelleged folk complained. You are literally getting what you pay for. A place nice enough to sleep at in a place that is not in the ghettos for a really low price. Beds were good, there's a fridge, free hand soap, towels, AC, and no bugs. So no complaints here.

The hotel clerk was not on site. When we called, he said he was at the other hotel and would be there shortly. When he finally came in, he was wearing a Quality Inn shirt, which hotel is just down the street. There were stains all over the carpet and furniture, soap scum in the shower and the light and vent fan cover in the bathroom was missing. But, for a budget friendly stay, it wasn't the worst.

Side door access was broken. Stains on carpet. Staff unresponsive. House Keeping didn’t show up. Weak unusable shower head. Not a very nice property.
