Room 210 needs to have heat/ac unit checked. Very loud and many clicks and clacks. Kept me up all night. Finally had to turn the heat off.

Wonderful experience with our stay here. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed here as a couple and enjoyed how peaceful our stay was despite being so close to the airport (we could enjoy the sounds of the airplanes outside though). If we're ever back in Minneapolis, we definitely would stay here.

Amazing hotel. One of our favorites thus far. Ambience is fantastic, staff WONDERFUL, and it is one of the only hotels I would ever feel good about walking barefoot in the room it is SO CLEAN!

There was no parking available in your parking lot. We had to park 2 business down and walk with our luggage to our room. And then charged $10 for parking. Ridiculous!

The stay was so so. My husband and I like to watch tv after we have been out and most of the time the tv didn’t work where we could watch the shows. Several time the station we would be watching would just go off. The last night we stayed the tv didn’t even work to be able to watch anything. You would think with the rate I paid for the room and parking, at least we could have watched some tv to relax by. My husband and I have arthritis real bad and found the toilet was so low to the ground it was hard to stand back up and there wasn’t any bar to help you to stand back up. However with the minor set backs with the use of the premises the Motel was nice and clean, staff was friendly, and the location was great for our purpose.

For the most part it was just fine. Lots of people so we didnt get to swim. On weekends, I wish the shuttle to and from the mall is 30 minutes instead of hourly. I think from 8:00 p.m. it should start running 30 min intervals. We ended up waiting in a storm for our ride. We saw many other hotel shuttles come and goo multiple times with in the 45 mins we waited. But as far as the hotel, we liked the balcony a lot! Couldn't hear neighbors so that's a bonus!

Have stayed here for years when using the airport. Very disappointed that they started charging for parking. They used to always give you a complimentary bottle of water at check in, not anymore, now there’s a $6 bottle in the room. Might start looking elsewhere.

Hotels are getting to be like airlines charging for every little thing. I think the breakfast was sub-par and $18.00 was ridiculous.The coffee was attrocious. Starbucks server was not friendly and coffee there also not great.
The good things front desk attendants were pleasant and very helpful. The room was clean and beds comfortable.

Everything was very clean, staff was friendly. Only issue was an elevator that was broken but those things happen and it was being worked on. Also, enjoyed being able to easily find parking in a well lit lot.
