Easy check in, nice room

Window in room was broken, but we were able to get it shut enough. The breakfast was comical, just muffins and granola bars.

we didn't get room service we stayed two days and breakfast wasn't really breakfast a granola bar or a tiny muffin with either juice or coffee can't really call that breakfast

Room description stated coffee maker in room - there was not one. Asked for extra blanket or 2 and was told they did not have any blankets - was given 2 bed sheets instead . Breakfast was almost nonexistent - choice between dry muffin or Nutrigrain bar.

The location was good. It did have a frig and a microwave but was not used by me.

I thought the room was not a warm looking room, very cold in looks with hard floors, dark painted wall and older furniture. I would not say the bathroom was dirty but with a little more elbow pressure when cleaning it would look cleaner. One of the wall in the bathroom needed to be repainted. Also my room was in the back of the property and close to 494 freeway so you could hear traffic nose. It was a non-smoking building but pot smell was in the hallway so it really can't say its a smoke free building.

The front desk gentleman that checked me in was great.

The front staff let someone up to our room that we didn’t know. It was a huge safety issue for us. The floors were very dirty that when I walked barefoot I had to wash my feet afterwards because it was gross

Two queen beds which were really nice, which no other motels provided this. This was the main reason we choose this Motel 8

One of the light bulbs burned out and we informed the front desk, the front desk said they would bring the replacement, but there wasn’t any the whole night or the next morning. Another thing is the bath tub was leaking when taking a shower, and black stuff came out from the leaking

There was no coffee maker in room no clock. The thermostat was busted it was hot all nite. Had to open window to get it cool enough. Called front desk he said he would be right there never showed up. Not very good service.

easy to get to they offered a smoking room

elevator smelled, bathroom repairs needed, mattresses were very flimsy, screen on window was falling off(duct tape)

The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and quick.

We got bedbugs. And the continental breakfast was a sad prewrapped muffin and some orange juice.
