Hallway walls were scrapped. Bathroom shower had mold on shower curtain. The whole hotel seemed run down.

The room and hallways were quite dirty. I had to wipe down the kitchen and bathroom floors before walking on them. The room and hallways smelled bad.

We stayed for three nights and had a great stay!! There’s plenty of shopping and restaurants near by and parking was so easy. The staff was also very nice. We will be staying here again…

Upon checking in the sheets were not changed and was full of her. When asked for 2 sets of sheets they only had 1 set and housekeeping never brought up the other set. The shampoo, body wash containers were empty, thats how I knew the rooms where not checked or cleaned before they booked a stay for another party. The couches were stained very badly. The bathroom was nasty as well. This is why when I travel i make sure to have disinfectant spray, cleaning supplies whenever we check into a hotel and always ask for fresh sheets, blankets

The staff was the kindest and most professional I have ever seen in all my years of travel. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Hotel in need of updating. The bed creaked loudly every time you moved in the bed. Ice maker did not work. Though we reserved the room for three people we had to call for sheets and towels for third person. The man who brought them was annoyed and had to go back for a pillow. The sheets were wet because he walked through the rain.

I booked rooms on multiple occasions and they’re never cleaned properly there was once a bag of beer cans in the closet, and on the sides, under the beds as well as the sofa couch has had cookies, glass bowls, chips, etc I won’t be booking at any location again because each time I went it was a different location but same result except for the first time I ever booked with them.

First room was over 90 degrees, 2nd room we were given was over 80 degrees. Third one was good but had three noisy portable ACunits keeping it cool. Could not bath - water was tepid at best. Staff was great and did what they could but with such aging facilities they have a very hard job. Housekeeping was very limited. Once every two days for towel and toilet paper replacement only. They only emptied one of the two overflowing trash containers. Very spacious rooms,

What I did not like:
1. No hot water for 10 days out of 13 days stay!!!
2. Stinky pillow
3. Missing utilities: no pans, no spoons, no hair dryer, no can opener.
4. One of the receptionists in a night was rude and helpless.

6. Bad reception of TV on all channels...this should have been #2...reported however no response and could get no repair...

There was no extra bedding for pull-out sofa. Had to go to front desk to request it. Air was broken so the temperature in the room reached 79 degrees overnight

The first night at this hotel was awful! The air didn't work in our room, there was a dirty used bar of soap in my shower, the tv didn't work, the couch was old and hard to sit on. We were moved to another room the next day. Kayla, at the front desk was always pleasant. The housekeeping staff does not do a good job. We had to ask for them to come every time we needed service instead of them coming on their own. The would run out of things like towels and toilet paper! There's bad organization going on at all levels at this hotel. The coffee maker broke, they ran out of milk one day and water the next. There was always something wrong.

My husband and I was in our room and another couple came in on us while I was naked and he was in his pajamas. We were charged for two rooms but only used one. had to go back and forth with an employee as if I was lying. When we First arrive there was a large barking dog across the hall from us in another room. We put up with the noice the whole weekend. The sofa had stains on it.

They checked us into an occupied room where we disturbed a man in his pajamas named Mac. The floors in the hallways were quite dirty. Bad vibes all around.
