Second time staying here, pretty much 9 out of 10. Only complaint this round is the bathroom door in our room didn't latch well. Otherwise a great stay!

This hotel was slightly run down. However, it was extremely clean, quiet, and comfortable. We will stay here again.

Spur of the moment trip for one last beach weekend. The Baymont was clean and convenient to downtown South Haven. Kids had a good time. Price was reasonable.

Close to downtown area and lake Michigan. Noisy environment. You could hear everything around you. The east wing of the building you had to climb a small amount of stairs to get too your rooms. The room had a leaky shower door and the fan was about to fall apart. Pretty expensive for what you received.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Able to check in early was a bonus. They were willing to work with us on anything extra that was a concern to us. We would highly recommend The Baymont to anyone who asks.

Pool was disgusting, it had a film on the top every morning, we didnt want to use it, looked dirty. For the price, in room was OK not great. The breakfast was low, not bad but poor selection. Again, for the nighly price i would expect to see some protein/meat options with breakfast.

Walkable to the Walmart next door for supplies. A couple restaurants within walking distance. This is a very basic hotel that does not offer daily room servicing. The recent remodel was needed. It's no Marriott but it was reasonably clean and affordable lodging.

Staff were friendly and responsive to requests. Our toilet paper holder broke off the wall and they sent a maintenance person right away to fix it. Breakfast was decent. It’s located right off the highway so it’s easy to get back on, and only 2.5 miles from downtown South Haven and the beaches.
What I didn’t like was our bathroom was small and the fan is so loud with no option to turn it off and just keep the light on.

Breakfast was very good with many options. Pool and hot tub was nice. Employees helpful. Didn’t hear noise in the hallways and was quiet. Check in was fast and easy. Felt safe there.

It was a comfortable place to sleep, which frankly, it is the only thing we wanted as we were out on the town for most of the weekend.

I have stayed at different Hotel and myself and other in the dining area made comments that there was no meat produces offered for breakfast. No Ketchup for the scambled Eggs. Per employee who was in charge of taking care of things in the dining area was also running the front desk. We all felt bad for her having to run back and forth. The Pool area was not clean. The pool wall and bottom as well as the hot tub was nasty and we left. Very dissappointing.
