$25 for breakfast buffet that most other properties offer complimentary. $60 for parking. The only good thing about this property is location.

Hotel was in a great location. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only downside was the windows are a little thins so it can be a little loud sometimes being right next to printers ally

Great location. Nice staff. Decent size room. Was located next to electrical room and everytime AC clicked on it made a loud noise struggling to turn on (sounded like an electrical problem) thus interrupting sleep. Room had been updated so everything appeared clean. (needed to be vacuumed - raisins from previous guest still on floor) Renovations completed were on the cheap side. No place to plug in the one cup coffee maker, which really was just a cheapy water warmer. Fridge too small, could barely fit two small leftover containers - seemed not to have proper ventilation like it was an afterthought on a quick flip renovation. Requested king bed, it was most definitely not a king. Slightly larger than a queen but smaller than a King size. Parking for 60 a night is a joke - found other parking. After paying taxes, hidden fees and averaging close to $300 a night for a seven day stay - meh. Probably will not stay here again.

Wow!! Everyone was so amazing and nice! Very pleasant, room was so clean and well equipped! Enjoyed our short stay will definitely come again and stay!

Very friendly staff. Location was perfect for us, a 10 min walk to Nissan Stadium and just a couple blocks to Broadway. Half a block to Printers Alley. No included breakfast, but there is a restaurant accessible from the lobby with breakfast and happy hour options.

I loved the convenience of walking to and from wherever I wanted to go. The staff was by far the best staff at a hotel I've ever had to talk to.

Great stay! The front desk help was amazing and super friendly. Also, just one block away from 505 Building where I was doing business at the Greatness Factory!

Everything was what we were looking for! Comfortable, clean and short walk to Broadway. Staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

At $240/night the $60 per day parking fee is outrageous and, on top of that, the parking ap they give you solicits tips...if you add $10 for out and in per day, that makes it $70/day...and tax too. Then there is the $5 a bottle for water. Never use a Marriott again without shopping around. And, the valet service was slow and didnt get my car once even though the app said they were "hustling" my car...more like hustling customers

Excellent location. Good restaurant and an Starbucks connected to the lobby that open 6am is very convenient if you have plans very early in the morning, like we did an excursion to Memphis

Nice clean room. Had a fantastic meal at Gannons. Expensive but among the best meals we’ve ever had.

This is a great hotel. It has a pleasant smell and the rooms are large and clean. The staff have been delightful. It is convenient to The Ryman, The Symphony Center and the arena. I would stay here again.

Downtown Nashville near Broadway, music and good food. I’m a Bonvoy member for many years. Expected better. Room had a view of brick wall. TV was on a side wall which made it impossible to comfortably watch from bed. AC kicked on and off all night. Toilet had high pitch ring. Just a little disappointed for the price. Buffet and valet parking is quite a bit extra $$$. There are other better choices close by. 😞

Very clean and central. Parking is valet only and $60 a day. It can be difficult to find a spot to drop off your car but they do their best. We were allowed to leave our car for the day after checkout which was very appreciated. Staff are very nice. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to be central to everything.

Bathrooms need updating

Victoria was the nicest from the moment I made the reservation to the time we checked out. She helped us in many different scenarios and we are very grateful.
