I stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Atlanta Airport from December 6th - 8th and was disappointed with the experience. The room was not cleaned properly—there were stains on the sheets and dust on the furniture. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was malfunctioning, making the room uncomfortable. While the front desk staff was polite, they were unable to resolve these issues during my stay. I expected better given the cost and the hotel’s reputation. I recommend improving housekeeping standards and ensuring maintenance issues are addressed promptly.

Hot water was not working properly, no cookie was given on arrival, sandwiches costed $15, bread was soggy, toilet seat was dirty, table in bedroom was dirty, leaky faucet in the bathroom, sheets were not clean.

The stay wasn’t so good. The water was cold the entire stay and I couldn’t shower like I was suppose too. They kept saying they were fixing it but it never got hot until the morning I I checked out. It was horrible.

When I checked in the first room they gave me, someone was still in it. It was dirty and the TV was on. Went back to the front desk and she didn't even try to upgrade or fix the fact she sent me to a nasty room. Check in to the new room they assigned me and the hot water didn't even work. I'll never go back to this double tree

Staff was very nice and gave us warm cookies. Had a cheeseburger in the bar area which was delicious. The shuttle driver was very informative about catching our international flight the next day. He said Uber was better rather the shuttle and then a bus.

The hotel is actually pretty nice. It is the parking situation that brings the rating of the hotel down. The drive isle is overwhelming and you will have difficulty checking in because there is nowhere to pull up to check in without harrassment from staff to move the car.

This hotel is older and could use updates. The room seemed clean enough. I booked a King but we were given 2 queens room. We also did not get our chocolate chips cookies! We did appreciate the airport shuttle and the friendly driver.

Out of all the Doubletrees I have stayed they all had microwaves in the rooms not in the lobby smh and the fact that I had to pay for parking is absolutely crazy

This was my first time at the DoubleTree and I expected the room to be top tier. It was not. Clearly the bed had only been made and bathroom stocked. There drawer and desk area was sticky/not cleaned. The chair near the lamp had a clear jelly-like substance on the cushion & back of it (pretty sure this was K-Y) and there were rulers on the floor. Im just glad that I had my own cleaning supplies to clean the room.

I used the hotel shuttle to get to the hotel from the airport. It was a bit of a wait to get the shuttle, but the driver was extremely friendly and helpful. When I got to the front desk at the hotel, the attendant said that my reservation was for the next day. I must have looked close to breaking down, because she assured me she would take care of it. Because my reservation was through Expedia, I would have to cancel that one, but she got me a room, and it was great. It was very late in the evening, and my room was quiet and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The curtains in my room were falling down and one window had no black out shade to the lights in the parking lot lit my room all night. The shower floor was very slippery. The bar tender was running food and struggling to keep up with the small group of us (4-6 at various times).

We checked in around 10:45 pm and by the time we had luggage in our room, power went off and didn’t come back on until 4:30 am! It was miserable to be on our anniversary trip

It was great except for the breakfast pricing. It is misleading on how you are supposed to pay for breakfast. I was told 20 dollars for breakfast would cover the room you are in. Come to find out, it was 20 dollars for each guest in the room. The price I ended up paying, I could have used that to go to a Waffle House or IHOP and would have saved money too.

The building is Old. We walked in and there was no soap or Shower gel. The form is not working. I had to go to the lobby to ask for soap and Shower gel. And he was like oh I’m sorry but limited with these they should be enough to get you through the night.

I was not pleased with my experience at the Doubletree. However, after working with the property manager, she was able to rectify the situation and find a reasonable resolution to my uncomfortable stay, therefore off of strict regard to the hotel manager Tatiana, I will say the stay in it on a pleasant note.

I did not stay. My flight was canceled at 1:00am. I booked this hotel. When I got to the hotel, I was told I couldn’t checkin until 4:00pm and they had no rooms available. I was sent across the street to another hotel at 2:00am with two girls. I asked for a refund since I wasn’t able to stay and was denied a refund.

I was welcomed in with a young lady and the Property Manager (later found out) very pleasant.The room was nice and clean smelled really good. However,the hot water wasn't so hot.The Housekeeping older lady was very pleasant.The pool was closed.Overall I enjoyed my stay.Hopefully my next visit the pool will be open.

They gave me a room that bordered the elevator on the third floor. The elevator had a problem with its doors where it would bang and clunk when opening and closing. It did this all night and could not get to sleep. It was a terrible experience.
