The elevator didn’t work and they only had rooms on the second floor the bed was hard as a rock and every time the heat came on it had a weird smell when I called down to the front desk I was advised that was normal and it would be better in the morning it was no better they had breakfast in the morning at 6 am which consisted of cold eggs I went down at 6am because between the hard bed people kicking the metal sheet under the bed making noise and being roomed right out side the dumpster opening and closing all night who could sleep. But the breakfast was cold eggs moldy bagels warm cream cheese and make yourself waffles that had no syrup I was less than impressed with breakfast. Also at best the shower water got to Luke warm I tried at many times throughout the night because I was up all night. The fridge still had drinks in it from the previous people

Room was very dated. Had some cobwebs. Bathtub was very discolored.
Bed was nice and comfortable.
The staff was all great. Just the hotel was dated. I guess i'd expect this room to be around $120 vs the $180 we paid.
Also, the hot tub is no longer there even though it is advertised on hotels.com

Everything was fine, EXCEPT the TV did not have sound for FoxNews and CNN channels. When I asked the front desk about it they had no answer as to why. Very strange and ODD.

Hot tub was out of service and looked like it had been for a while. Indoor pool but no heat in the room or pool. Water was COLD

We put in when selecting hotel we wanted hot tub and breakfast. No hot tub doesnt work. They ran out of food for the breakfast not even cereal. The waffle iron didnot work. Our room was dusty. We were suppose to get a inside court room. Our view was a empty hotel. Rude front desk worker. For 214.00 I would expect more.

Terrible! The pool was freezing (63 degrees) because they unplugged the heater to save $. There was also an empty hottub for the same reason. Our entire 2 night stay there was broken glass on the pool deck. Screaming kids running the halls all hours and the flooring in the hallway has a hole in it covered with a small rug.
I am disabled and the ONLY reason we booked here was beacuse I needed to have the use of the pool. The young girl working at the desk was rude when we requested to have the heater plugged back in.
When i attempted to use the washroom near the lobby during the late eveving, i encountered a clearly, homeless woman bathing herself in the sink (partially nude). The exterior doors do not lock at night so can just wander in-and they do!
Rooms were clean with the exception of the stains on the carpet and windows were filthy. Don't be fooled by pics online. This hotel doesn't resemble them at all...

I have been in better best western plus hotels, noisy by the freeway (which was not stated). The breakfast was a joke, same stuff every day not much of a variety, no snacks or pop to buy. The refrigerator stopped working. I would not go back .

We had a great experience here. The staff was very friendly and personable. The hotel and rooms were clean. It was nice that they had a hot breakfast of: eggs, pork sausage, bread, English muffins, bagels, muffins, apples and bananas, yogurt, waffles, cereal, juice and coffee, etc. Yes the flavor was not top-notch with the eggs and sausage, but it was better than all carbs. The pool is small, but there is also a hot tub which is nice. There were a lot of tables, and a few couches to lounge around on. We had hot water, good water pressure, and the bathroom was clean. We will definitely come back again!

We got the King size bed with balcony room. Had a small refrigerator. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Balcony was nice to have. Hotel had a pool and jacuzzi, and complimentary breakfast which was a nice perk. Good price for the room. Great front desk service. Great area. Near I-75. Only wish it had a table. Overall, we were satisfied with the room.

Pool was not opened for the day at the scheduled time, aside from toast, yogurt and one apple, all other breakfast items were fully depleted within the last half hour of availability - no eggs, no sausage, no cereal. It was just OK, but probably would not choose to stay again.

This property is average, nothing fancy if you want a clean room. The hotel smells a bit musty when you walk in and the corridors had a weird smell too. The room was very hot when we got in but cooled down once the AC was turned on. The beds are comfy, carpets could have used some cleaning. The breakfast is standard bagels, english muffins, bread, cream cheese, jams and butter. The plus was the waffle maker and various toppings, OJ and Apple Juice and coffee and tea station was a bonus, Regina is super sweet. The girl at check in was very nice too, she let us check in early and check out was fairly easy too. The pool is very small and the water was murky. Its about a 15 min drive to Frankenmuth, the outdoor mall is ok, not too crowded. Plenty of fast food areas in the vicinity and a Walmart too. Would rate it a 3/5 stars, it's a very basic motel.

This is an older hotel that has been updated. It's very nice and modern. Overall, clean and comfortable. The room at a slight smell but turning the a/c and fan on helped. The beds, sheets and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was your typical free hotel breakfast which we enjoyed. We liked the water cooler in the lobby.

We stayed for two weeknights so it was quiet. Staff was lovely. The breakfast was better than I expected given how inexpensive the rooms were (my grandson loved that he could make his own waffles!). The pool was fine, with towels available at the desk.
Negatives: The room was very nice but had not been vacuumed, and we found two bits of trash on the floor on the far side of the bed. Also, the sink was clogged so drained really slowly. I reported both issues, so hopefully they were corrected and management will be more on top of it.
I would give them another try if I ever come back to Frankenmuth.
