Not a good hotel it’s a 1-2 star at most. Its run down needs upgrades. No hot water showers, dirty towels and not enough towels for family or shampoo conditioner etc.. front desk communication is horrible would not recommend staying here not worth the money at all.

This place is one of Dantes levels of hell. We arrived and received a key to our room. As we tried the key and it failed to open the door, two people smoking sitting outside next door said, and not kidding, “ You dont want that room any way. Its full of mice and cockroaches” So we requested another room. That key also didn’t work. We waited in line again and finally got a working key. Once in the room it was very clear that every decision made here went the way of the cheapest possible option. Mold in the bathroom. Outlets defective. The bathroom door would not close. Two queen beds but barely enough room to walk around. no chairs to sit in.Water temp in the shower from scalding hot to ice cold and back the entire shower. Paper thin walls. People yelling outside and smoking late into the night. That was all run of the mill crappy hotel stuff, but on return to our room the second day , of course the key didnt work so we filed once again back into to the office and waited in line to get a working key. We returned to the room. The key still didn't work. But then the door opened. A man was in our room packing up our stuff. He said the office had instructed him to do so. We marched back to the office with the packer of our things and we had to convince the desk attendant that we actually were the people with the names on the reservation. We got another key and were able to enter our room. No apology; no attempt to contact us. They really shouldn’t be allowed to operate.

It is nice and the staff is friendly.

Under new management and they need serious help. No towels in room No phone in room Refrigerator leaked water No coffee machine in room No smoke detector

Phone didn’t work so every time I needed something like towels, sheets, or just had a question I had to walk to the front desk because the phone in the room was disconnected or just didn’t work. The shampoo/conditioner they offered was completely empty so that sucked. And at 2:00 am some random person tried to get into our room and they said they got the wrong room number so that was frustrating because I was startled at 2:00 am with someone banging at our hotel room. I would stay there if it was an emergency, but definitely wouldn’t not by choice anymore. especially if you travel with family, doesn’t feel that safe

Well we've been loyal customers to this motel for about a year and a half now and for the first time my check came in a little late so therefore my my payment for my next a couple days stay was going to be a little bit late so I let him know I do my reservation ahead of time and then I'm going to get the money and I step on a nail from the construction people who are working on the hotel as we speak well that nail went all the way through my shoe function the back of my heel and I let the guy know at the front desk what's going on they had to go to the hospital now instead of going to go get the money for the room but as soon as I'm at the hospital I'll give him the money and he said no that we had to check out right then and there and that's for the nail on my foot I had to figure it out that I couldn't do anything about it to them so I am now trying to figure out how to get a lawsuit together because I don't understand why they would be no construction nails in the way of the walkway as we're going down through the motel to the parking lot so I'll ask them to do is hey can you just reimburse me from my shoe because it's a Nike Jordan has air on it around it to come for your walk and it pop that so therefore the shoes never rendered useless like just reimburse you for my shoes and we're good and he said no he sent me to hell and told me I had to check out right then and there so I will never go back and I expect to see them in court

I changed rooms 3 times and each room had something broken or not working properly. The hotel was under construction and the facility was overall very dirty. It would have been nice if the hotel would have some notification that the facility was under construction. Not everyone enjoys walking around and through construction equipment and supplies.

When we checked in there was only one towel in the room, a shower towel that was hanging on the hook on the bathroom door. As far as we could tell it was a used shower towel. When my husband tried to call the front desk to ask for clean towels he discovered that the phone did not work. Also, the wifi di not work in our room.

The rooms were terrible. Dirty...hair in the drains. Rooms are falling apart and patched up. The bed was hard and not comfortable and impossible to sleep in. The room was in such bad shape that we didn't even want to shower. I've been in cheep motels that were in better shape than this. The rooms had some kind of bug I've never seen. I left after the first night and it was only because I arrived late

Great location but attention to detail was bad. Opened the door to find the light switch cover broken in half exposing electrical. In this shower was conditioner but the holder for the soap had no soap. Breakfast had eggs and potatoes but not meat selection. Even the OJ was orange water at best. Will stay somewhere else on our next visit.

It’s was a great stay, unfortunately they were renovating rooms. The Construction workers Would start at 830 on the dot and hammer until 7pm. But, other than that it was the bedt price working 40 miles

I would have never expected to be catfished so badly by a hotel. Currently under many renovations with many permanent tenants on site. Pool/hot tub/ whatever completely inoperable. The room itself was disgusting. No towels, half role of tp, smudges on the tv, trash, debris, crumbs on the floor (personally had to mop 3 times it was so gross), roaches, no hot water in the shower.

Room was dirty & not clean. Will not be staying here again.

Check in experience not very welcoming. Clerk was mundane demeanor, not friendly. No room cleaning or trash disposal. No clean towels even after trying to put Clean Room Placard on door which was ignored. Stayed for 6 days. Breakfast selection very sparse.

To save somewhat of a dollar, I guess stay here for $170 a night. No wash clothes, flies in room and around property, rift raft hangs out in the parking lot smoking and also stay there for a long period of times as housing! Mold and water damage in bathrooms. Rust in bathtub! Bathtub not clean (hair in it still and on toilet).

For the price and the area it was just okay! The bathroom floor was dirty. The room had a foul order that I had to spray oder ban, open the window, turn on the ac for circulation and hang up an air fresher. Parking was horrible, had to park on the street at 8pm. Other then this I really like the location close to the dunes.

It was good. The price was amazing. The full breakfast was really good and the coffee was excellent. Our room was clean and comfy & black out blinds. The bathroom ceiling had stains like water damage, but the shower was good. We were missing our towels all for except one but we asked and they gave us our sets. Front desk were cordial & respectful. Shopping stores were nearby.

The rooms were incredibly dirty. My first room was so dirty our socks were black within 5 min. It wasn’t cleaned before we got in. I asked for a new room and the gentleman up from gave me a new room right away. The second room was bigger and cleaner but still very dirty. The showers were definitely not cleaned before we came. Other people’s shaved hair was still in the bathroom. Very very dirty still. Other than the rooms being very gross then man up front was very nice.

First, I stayed at other country and that were suitable. I don’t know how this particular country in got the rating has high as it is. I did book a reservation for this hotel. But I did not stay at this hotel. The grounds of the hotel are in didrepair. Upon entering the first room, there were stains on the ceiling, a foul odor and the tub was filthy. This is a very outdated and unkept facility. I gave them a second chance to offer me a different room. Entering the second room, the odor was more intensely and overwhelming than the first. The bathroom is again outdated and filthy, but not quite as filthy as the first room.

Bathroom door was coming apart and made lots of noise to open, shower curtain was falling down, floors were not that clean. There was no bath towels and when we asked for some they acted perturbed.

It was ok for the price, service was good. The jacuzzi didn’t work.

The door lock broken, bed spread dirty we were so disappointed we checked out and stayed elsewhere, we were there only 5 mins

We travelled most of the world - this was the worst hotel ever! Unprofessional staff, dirty room, extremely noisy A/C, leaky toilet, clogged bath tub with sand (perhaps never cleaned), dirty environment around (garbage all over with bad smell, etc. etc.

The first room the door didn’t lock and the safe latch was broken. The second room the vent wasn’t dirty and hair on the towels and ac/heater case was hanging off.

Only short coming, no light over sink. No clock or in room coffee.

Upon arrival, our checkin was rather quick. Once we got to our room , we noticed that we had no toiletries or towels. The lights,lamp and plug outlet did not work. We had no coffee maker or cups, are bedding was stained and pillows were lumpy.

Tv didn’t work. 2 towels. Shower curtain rod bent and hanging down so curtain wouldn’t stay closed. Offer d to give me a different room the second night of my two night stay.

The room was dirty It was too small for the king size bed The shower was would be 200 degrees then suddenly drop to sub zero The wouldn’t give me another room they only wanted to try to send a “maintenance person to try to fix the shower which interrupts my staying there!

It was best the price in the area, I’ll leave it that.

Bed was comfy but the room was dirty with dirty towels. The microwave was missing and i asked for another room in which staff refused saying they were full but there was vacant room next to mine. Lots of people probably living there and very loud all night long. People arguing in the middle of the night. Homeless people hanging out ok premises. Will never stay here again. Should've read the reviews before I booked but needed a one night room for my fishing trip...
