Managua is not the safest city to stay at, but this hotel was fantastic and felt very safe! Very pleased! The location is right across from the airport, which is fantastic and so easy to walk right over

No one yo wait on you at the bar in the lobby. There were about 150 locals using both pool areas. You could keep the small one for guests only. It was like staying at a water park. Just never left the room. Not what I hoped for. No outside place rhat was quiet or relaxing. Netflix only on the tv. This place has changed.

The hotel itself is safe from everything around managua as a traveller that had never visited Nicaragua this hotel was very convenient cause it is within walking distance from the airport and they have air conditioning in the rooms that work very well. There is security at the hotel i felt quite safe there. When i come back to Nicaragua i will stay here after my flight.

Staff was very friendly and rooms very clean. I ordered room services from the restaurant and food was very good. They offer complementary breakfast and it was good, fresh and delicious. Also the airport is accros the street but they offer transportation which was very convenient

Our flight was delayed because of severe lightning storms in Denver so we never made it to this hotel. We were not offered compensation or credit which was difficult for us because we had to pay for a different hotel in a different city. We have been here before and would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Managua. We missed not being there! They have a wonderful breakfast, clean rooms and pools, and are right across from the airport in Managua.

A huge roach came from behind one of the beds crawling inside my luggage. Fleas were in the bathroom, I ask for a clean room they said it was too far from the lobby & did not make a change. Housekeeping came inside to spray and left the room full of that strong spray smell and I have asthma.

Great last minute stay. Can walk directly across the street from the airport. Staff is friendly and there is an attached restaurant with great food and drinks. Will actually be booking again for the night before my very early AM flight due to the convenience of the location and friendly staff.

After 2 first great nights, my 3rd stay at the Hotel was unacceptable.
They did not give me the room with a King Size Bed but gave me a room with 2 queens size beds and a single bed.
Also the room was not clean and there were excrement of an small animal on 2 of the beds and also on the floor.
I went to the hotel front desk and they told me that they couldn't do nothing because the hotel was full.
I tried to explain that my reservation was made the 26th of May so close to two months before so they had all the time to respect the reservation.
They repeated that they could do nothing and gave me the key and they simply walked away leaving me there.
A very cold hearted service and bad customer service.
I paid a lot for this reservation and it was not respected. I'm not happy with experience and want would like to have a reimbursement.
I have pictures of the room and the excrements.
Please contact me so we talk about this horrible experience and what can be done to rectify this.

Staff is very rude and racist. During my stay I placed a complaint with the supervisor on staff and he showed no empty or did not apologize.
