Room very basic and in need of refurbishment considering what they charge for a room, wouldn’t hurt to have a biscuit in the room. I had a disturbed night with apartment above mine partying in to the early hours and no after hours number to make a complaint.

We had to wait 20 mins after check-in time. The room was not ready by 2 pm.
The room was full of a chemical/bleach smell when we got to the room and it was smelling for the full day. Not a pleasant/welcoming feeling to the room.
Few mosquitos were present in the room. No onsite facilities such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks etc. Airconditioner was not working well, and didn't have a good sleep during cold winter.
Was not worth what we paid for; will not visit again. Overall very disappointed; was expecting better from ibis.

Loved the fact that even though it fronted the highway it was quiet. We don't live in town and had no trouble with noise at all. The bed was the best bed in a motel, ever!!! Very comfortable. Thanks, will make sure this is where we stay when we return to Orange👍👍

Aircon was broken. Offered a discount and a fan. Eventually a young bloke delivered a 12 dollar Kmart fan that he complained about having to go buy for us. We got the bill and there was no discount! Full price for a room with no aircon in February in the central west of NSW! There was mould in the shower and they broke my iPhone charger when they made the bed.

The relief manager was very welcoming. Rooms not quite up to the standard we have previously experienced at other Ibis Styles accommodation, but still clean and comfortable.

The Light in the corridor just outside our room was not working. One light over the vanity was not working. The bathroom light took some time to brighten up and flashing.

Very disappointing with condition of room and facilities within room, there’s no notifications that restaurant is closed and pricing of room not indicative of overpricing of what they provide. Bathroom and room in terrible condition. Won’t be staying again.

Towel was filthy, they NEVER COLLECT MEAL TRAYS always leaving them all night and all morning breading germs and mould. Food was inedible and another customer as l was leaving said l had the beef last night and it was the worst meal l have had, then mentioned my food was also inedible l was hungry l ate a little and left the rest, the guy just said uh, and did nothing l left never to return and l have been a regular customer, never again

The hotel is okay. The room service was actually very disappointing, if you miss the housekeeper at 8am, you’re out of luck because they’re not coming back.
