We had an enjoyable stay. Check-in was easy and friendly, our room was clean and comfortable, and the central heating made it very pleasant on a cold night. There was no noise from the other rooms but you could hear the trucks on the road out the front at night, but it wasn’t too annoying. We would definitely stay there again.

Great for the price. Might seem expensive but for last minute peak season was actually quite reasonable. Yes the facilities are older but they are clean and functional. Staff were very accommodating for our late arrival request with no fuss or drama.
A toaster &/or microwave would have been great to have but not included. Also the freezer section of the mini fridge did not work so we lost some ice creams. Both at minor things.

Stayed here because there was a stuff up with the accommodation we'd actually booked. It was a bit further than we ideally wanted to be from the ski fields, but at least it had a last minute vacancy! Warm, comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and will do so in the future. Whilst very basic, the rooms are clean and have all that is needed for an overnight business stay. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

We arrived late at night but the management had the room all heated, arrival lights on, door to the room unlocked with key, and some snacks awaiting our arrival. Room did the accommodation job for our ski trip and helped make it a memorable weekend.

Room was clean and well heated. Some traffic noise, but most motels in Cooma are on the highway. The bed was comfortable.
The wireless network did not seem connected to the Internet.
