The room did not have a lock on sliding glass door I told office they came to my room at 1 am said he would come back to fix it and never did there was roaches kids screaming at all hours and I was told they where sorry do not stay here the hallway and entry ways where filled with trash worst experience I was actually scared to sleep

Our room smelled like mold and didn't look anything like the pictures on this reservation site.

Do not go here had to make shore I had my gun with bad in parking lot rooms smells and have bugs never will go back

The room smelled and the floors and bathtub were dirty. We went and bought lysol for the beds and air freshner for the room. Could be a great place with some paint and deep cleaning. Ice bucket leaked and melted all over. Good thing it was cheap and10 minutes from casino.

The floors were dirty,keys didnt work parking lot trashy,pool out of service.

The rooms don’t have any pest control. Bugs are crawling in the room from under the door. This place is not safe to even park cars.

Stayed for a local concert so location was decent but the room smelled the air conditioner kinda worked. The bathroom …. Gross toilet seat would slide when you sat on it, the floor was not clean and there was no way I was taking a shower with our new friend the cockroach crawling around in there

The bathroom toilet seat was just NOT clean!!!!

It was disgusting I slept on top of the blanket and covered with my sweater, there were burnt holes in them. The curtains were dirty, not stained, The walls were dirty, The bathtub was dirty. I put a towel on the bathroom floor when I showered. The mirror had toothpaste from the previous person, The refrigerator was disgusting but cold and workingThere were roaches, a dead one was on the bathroom floor turnt on its back! I didn’t have a phone in my room just in case of an emergency thank God I had my cell phone! The room smelled like marijuana, There was a dirty ring on the nightstand like a drink sweating So obviously, it wasn’t wiped! The headboard was disgusting! I would never go there again or recommend it. I only went because the casino was really close and my headlight went out so I needed somewhere to rest my head until the morning. I was better off sleeping in my car and the guy put me in the way back Where there’s big trucks and junkies hanging out! I only felt safe because I was carrying! I thought Someone was going to snatch me up and make me a victim of human trafficking! Good lord! I don’t think the cleaners have any regards for the people who come there and I feel that just because your prices low doesn’t mean you give poor quality like that!

5 adult and baby Roaches welcomed me at the door upon entry. I was shown three rooms after that. Spiders crawling on the sink on my clothes. Bedbugs will eat you alive here! Me and my kids got ate alive in our sleep. Please don’t stay here for your health sake it’s unsanitary and infested. I’m scratching from bites as I type this sitting on the hotel steps.

Dirty bathroom. Shower barely functional. No exhaust fan. Air was damp and made clean clothes feel damp and sticky.

As soon as we opened the door to our room, about 20 German cockroaches scattered. If you're looking to bring home some friendly bug companions, this is the place for you!

There was nothing unique about this property. It shows on the site that everything looks nice when you get to the place. It is so disgusting. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to even change hotels because of our concert and it was our anniversary. This was our worst experienceat an establishment we have ever been in. I had to clean and sanitize everything! Even the sheets were stained. We went and bought blankets pillows and sheets to remake the bed. After a concert craziness! I have a cleaning business and wanted to just hand out my business cards to this establishment because this place was so disgusting. The desk clerk took us to 9 different rooms.To try to find a clean one. It was so hard even after looking at that many rooms at this point he was opening and closing doors before we could look in them and said nope not these.. how bad can a place be were they know the rooms are horrible and still try to book them out. If i could give a 0 I would. The clerk was the nices thing there.

About what I expected for the price paid. However, the floor was so sticky that my shoes literally stuck to it every time I took a step. I am far from picky, but when it feels like you are stepping on the floor that was previously covered with maple syrup, it kind of grosses you out.

Check in was quick and easy only one night stay for grad at USF daughter but was a decent hotel.
