I had a late flight and when I made it to the place the lady that worked that night was so amazing she was so sweet she was so nice and I am 21 years old and I felt so safe

the breakfast was great. good variety. and the distance wasnt so far from busch gardens.

the sofa bed could've been bigger. only one person fits, its definitely not made for two people and the mattress on the sofa bed was super dirty.

very convenient to Florida state fair grounds , and I 75 . clean resort with a very friendly staff. pet friendly too

that is was very close to our conference event. it was clean and neat.

you couldn’t adjust the air in the rooms. the temps were set by the hotel and rooms got muggy. Also the hallways were warm and muggy.

Pool was nasty dirty the entire stay

Location. Near the interstate. Near area attractions. Near restaurants. Size of room. Location of room.

Breakfast. Not enough choices/variety in the food items. Drinks in juice machine turned into water and were not replenished. The area to gather your food items is too small for a number of guests to work around each other while gathering their food items. I did not feel welcomed or valued by the staff from check-in to check-out. I stayed in a large two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite. One of the showers dripped continuously and the toilet in the same bathroom was hard to flush. The dishes were left in the dish washer by staff after washing them and not returned back to their proper places between guests. The is an older hotel and needs some repairs and upkeep in the rooms and bathrooms. Did not trust the cleanliness of this hotel.

the shower was extremely hard to turn on and off, the carpet was wet and musty smelling, there was not enough linens and towels for the amount of guests staying in the room, and the staff refused to bring up the proper amount of towels, blankets, pillows, etc.

linens were nice and clean, however the rooms odor was horrible. mold and peeling paint. bath tub would not drain.

The breakfast items were not kept warm. The sausages were sitting in congealed fat.

We like the breakfast.

We didn't like the rooms, the lack of cleaness, there were some cables under the AC that were showing, also it didn't seem neat.

The outside appearance is definitely more updated

The staff was so friendly and helpful!! The hotel was super clean, you could smell the cleanliness of it! There’s also complimentary dinner on Monday-Wednesday which was a bonus!

The hotel is older, and the pool was chilly. But it has been updated and was very clean.

The location was ideal for us.

The room wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. The bathroom shower was not working properly and was dirty. The faucet was continuously going as it wouldn’t close completely.

Customer appreciation nights Monday Tuesday and Wednesday with meals and even wine and beer!!

Good size room, loved having kitchenette, and living area in addition to bed

Dated decor, bathroom could use a big upgrade to fixtures and tub (enamel wearing off and leaky faucet in tub), and either a small nightlight in the vanity area or doors that close to the bed area would be helpful. Hard to use toilet at night and not wake others in the room.

I love the bedroom separate from the living area and the fact that it had a kitchen. Also loved the location and how it was tucked back in the trees.

The adjoining room next to me was where I could here their tv, their conversation. Also you could tell there no one had vacuumed the room or at least the living room area because there were crumbs from prior to us being there in the floor.
