Great location. Hotel is a bit old but view is excellent. Staff are very attentive. Valet service was convenient. Amenities were Talgo which I love! Shame that we stayed there only 1day. Restaurants were very expensive…

The place was amazing!!! I went with my mum and 8 month baby. If you are travelling with a baby it is a place I will recommend to stay as you can ask for a baby crib and also stroller(it is recommended to reserve it before your stay). In addition, they will warm your baby food as well as you can order baby food as room service. The hotel is very beautiful, peaceful and quiet. From the lobby you can see the ocean!! You must reserve an ocean view, as it is spectacular!!! Also the buffet in the morning is amazing!! It is a must go if you are travelling Okinawa:) Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so amazing!!

Dining in the hotel is a little pricey.

Amazing

This is a really beautiful resort, it's very lovingly looked after by the gracious staff, I don't agree with the other reviewers who say the property is old/dated, I thought it felt perfectly suited to its intended purpose of being a relaxing and peaceful getaway. If you want to spend your days sitting poolside or on a beautiful beach, this is the kind of place to do that. Remember though that this resort is an hour away from Naha and about 45 minute to Chatan (where American Village is), so you really do need your own car if you want to spend any time outside the resort and it will be a considerable drive to get to most destinations. This is especially the case for food, I found the restaurant options a bit limited and expensive, and they weren't serving anything poolside in the afternoons I was there. This is again a really beautiful property and great for people that are happy to stay on site and relax for a few days, but more adventurous travelers should probably consider a place closer to Naha or spend only part of their trip in this resort.

Fantastic resort! Wonderful staff and beautiful scenery. A good part of our week was overcast. Normally that might make for a lesser experience but there was so much to do and such a beautiful resort we hardly noticed.

All the staff are very professional and helpful. Beautiful resort. Half restaurants were still closed when we stayed there. We hope the swimming area was bigger and they allow us to snorkel by ourselves at the beach (outside of the designated swimming area). 5-7 min walk to the nearest convenience store. Breakfast buffet was good but was very busy. Live music by the pool every night was great. Live music at the seafood restaurant was super nice. Would like to stay again, thank you:)

It was a great stay overall. Very relaxing time we had. We wished they offered little more food selection difference in morning buffet. It seems too similar everyday (pancake or French toast difference, omelet meat was slightly different) felt like for the third day, it needed come change… also crow comes to get your food on table. So it need to be careful. But we had great stay here and Okinawa. We will definitely go back.

We had a pleasant stay at this property. The hotel is managed in a very Japanese way with all the pros and cons that come with that. People are extremely friendly, it’s very clean and well organized. The flip side is that on-site restaurants need to be booked in advance, everything is very bureaucratic (require in person coordination) and excursions are a bit hard to organize especially if one doesn’t have a car or doesn’t speak Japanese. But location and the food of 2 restaurants is very good so def recommended.

Ticks all the right boxes and helps when we have a room with the perfect view. Struggle to think what else the hotel can do better. Kudos and looking forward to be back for sure!

Despite the current pandemic and state of emergency, we enjoyed our stay at the Busena Terrace. It was quiet, not crowded, clean, comfortable, and close to many places to eat and visit. We, especially, enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet! We loved all the hotel signature foods! My only suggestion would be to upgrade some of the furniture in the room. Some were already rusted and old-looking for a 4.5 star hotel.

Very large resort hotel with plenty of space for guests- pools, shops, restaurants, cafe ... Service crews and staffs were very very friendly and polite. Free valet parking was speedy and convenient. Room condition very clean. Lacks sound proof between rooms. Buffet restaurant requires pest control.

The property is located in very nice area if you are looking for nature. But it is very far away from everything else. The room deco is clean but definitely is not modern.

Open air, quiet, ocean front luxury resort hotel with great hospitality! Must try when you in Okinawa!

It was my first time to visit Okinawa, and had a great experience thanks to the Busena Terrace.

Location is excellent, facilities are good in particular with its own pier for water activities. Swimming pool is also very nice. Decoration in the room is bit dated and management should consider renovating, especially charging at this price.

Overall this is a great hotel! The service was excellent and the choices for meals was very diverse. The food all tasted very fresh and well prepared. We loved the different pool areas and the beach is one of the best out of the resorts we have stayed at in Okinawa. The only downside to the resort are the mattresses are very firm (which is typical in Asia) and since the whole hotel is open to the outside- the hallways are tile. This makes it very loud! You can easily hear people walking in the hallways outside of your room and on the next floor since sound carries so easily. Overall- a great hotel with friendly service, but isn’t our top choice for a relaxing vacation due to the noise and the uncomfortable beds.
