We had a nice stay. Room was comfy and quiet. We have stayed here numerous times and it was the first time we ever paid for parking. $12.00 a day to park is ridiculous as it’s not a covered parking area or anything special. It’s a parking lot in the open.

This is by far one is my FAVORITE Marriott locations. It's in a great neighborhood, the staff goes above & beyond & the amenities are really nice. I especially appreciate Miss Carolyn - at the front desk & the restaurant staff... Chef John, Miss Zsanae & Chef Hanane were fantastic! They made my stay extra special!

Had to pay for parking which was not stated when booking. Breakfast was overly expensive for no reason you basic continental.

The hotel was nice, but we ran into several issues during our stay. The hand towel that was hanging in the bathroom had a huge stain on the front, which should have been seen by housekeeping. There was also a very long hair in a washcloth, which was not from our family. We had to get up at 5:00am to prepare to leave for a medical appointment in the area and the shower water would not warm up, delaying our morning drastically. We called the front desk to see if something was wrong with the hot water and we were told “no, it’s working, just give it 15 minutes, it takes a while to warm up”. So after 15-20 minutes, it finally started to get warm. Then, after finally getting to start our showers, we discovered there was no body wash in the dispenser in the shower. There was something dark on the grout of the shower in several spots (hopefully dirt and not mold). The bathroom floor tile was cracked and had a big hole in one tile. Overall we were very disappointed in this Marriott property, especially since we chose to stay there assuming it would be one of the nicer options in the area. We were definitely let down.

A great little spot for a stop and go business stay. The property itself is older and worn down a bit, but the rooms are updated and really good. Staff is amazing from top to bottom.

I confirmed the price when I checked in. They charged over $50 extra and they said that these were for incidentals if I charged anything. I didn’t change anything and the manager who checked me in was not there when I checked out. The staff wouldn’t fix it and the manager lied.

Great place for a family get together

The staff was welcoming at check in. Room was cleaned. The bar and patio was nice to watch the derby. Only con would be the food service, should reconsider packaging because made the fries soggy. Also the tenders were dry. Other than that beautiful stay.

Excellent hospitality. Great staff, especially the manager Chris and Theresa the concierge.

I think the property is well maintained and consistent with a midrange expectation. But the attention and staff is poor. Called for a blanket and was told that there was not enough staff to help. Not staying here again.

Moldy tub and doors slamming loudly. Charging for internet and parking. Just not what you expect from Marriot!

Front desk staff were excellent

unable to truly accommodated a large convention. Restaurant closed for lunch. rooms were dirty. staff was not friendly. not enough front staff to handle guests. elevators sucked. waited forever to get up and down with long lines.
