Nice hotel

Very outdated and falling apart. We arrived, slept and out of there. Reminded me of a off the interstate hotel you see in the movies.

The room wasn’t the cleanest. There was a huge chair in the bathtub. There was also stains on the sheets which made my son uncomfortable, and he didn’t want to sleep in the bed. When we went to check out, no one was at the desk but they had a basket to collect the keys therefore, we cannot complain to management. Were in bad repair and the steps felt like you could sink right through them. Then when we were walking to our room, there was somebody smoking weed and it engulfed the whole floor. The lady at the desk last night, said she got us as close to the elevator as possible, but that wasn’t the case because we were all the way at the end of the hall turn right and halfway down another hall and my friend was disabled. However, the lady at the desk was very pleasant so I have to at least give her credit for that. I can’t speak for the continental breakfast because we did not partake of it. The beds were not very comfortable and made a huge noise when you sat on them.

The first room was dirty and had many things broken. We got moved to a different part of hotel, next room was better. Front desk clerk was Shakira, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was not good. Many things seemed broken. Probably won't stay here again.

The property is very close to I95 and we were able to get an affordable room with little notice. Breakfast we included as well.

Room was small, but clean and comfortable for our continued travel the next morning. Unfortunately no coffee available at 5:45 am for early travelers. There was a coffee urn with all the fixings, but the urn was empty. Never saw a desk clerk from 4:30-5:30 as I was loading our car.

Stained towels, hand towels, sheet, and bathroom mat. Once I exchanged those, everything was fine. Crumbs inside the blanket for the pullout sofa. Morning check out clerk had an attitude because I asked for a receipt. Probably not the hotel’s responsibility but strong marijuana smells outside. Once inside my room, I was fine.

Everything was excellent

Needs some updating in restroom. Ants were present in room. No towels had to get some from front desk.

The rooms were neat and clean however the walls and bathroom were run down with several holes in the walls.

I stayed for 1 night. It was a decent hotel. Don’t have anything bad to say.

The stay was fair. Place could use some TLC. Tile floor in bath area was old and stained. Grout needed to be replaced. During breakfast, the lights weren’t on so either they never turned them on or they don’t work. We sat in the dark and ate breakfast. Juice machine was broken and not available. Rooms were fair and beds okay but the pillows were worn out. Lastly, the pool was closed and seemed like it had been closed for awhile. Overall, it was a quick, fair place to stop. It just wasn’t the best.

On our way back from Disney we needed a quick place to crash on our 15 hr driving trip. We saw this was right off 95 and figured it would be great and easy to get back on to finish our adventure home . I left my family in the car and Walked into the front door immediately got smacked in the face with the smell of weed . Got passed that because it is what it is . The guy at the front desk was great and nice , he checked me in and we were set . I was placed on the second floor so I got into the elevator and it smelled disgusting. As I walked out and to my room the smells got worse . I walked into my room and everything seemed great . Went down to get my family and as we all walked back up immediately upon entering our room we saw roaches crawling on the floor in the hall . Got into our room and did a full thorough check to find hair on the bed and floor , stains on the pillows, sheets and towels , food in the draws of the dresser , the bed skirt ripped along the whole side and the AC at 65 degrees was blowing out hot air . So we did further investigate and saw the the reviews from the last couple of weeks people were claiming the same thing and also stating bed bugs . So at 12:30 in the morning we packed everyone up and left so pissed off that we drove the 6 hours home .

Floors in room not clean. Someone kicked the fire 3 times at night, front desk was called.

Room was clean, no issue there. Staff was nice. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable. Breakfast was average.

The rooms need upgrading desperately. There was oxidation and rust on the shower head. Baby roaches in the bathroom. Rust on the lighting equipment. Hand prints and stains on the wall. Bed frame closest to the window was unstable. Bad odor in the room upon arrival, we had to open an air freshener to try to remove the smell.

The hotel is very dated. Could use a remodel.

Toilet in our room had a leak in the tank and it filled all night long. Could see light under the door of the adjoining room. Could hear people next door.

Room was musty smelly. Price was over 100 per night nit what the pics showed online.

Floors are sticky, pillows lumpy, dirt on walls, lobby smells of cigarettes and weed. Musty smell in the bedroom. Breakfast starts at 6:30am which is too late for travelers. And though I asked for a pet-free room, there was a note in the room giving directions for the dog walk/pee area. Icky experience overall. Front deck person perfectly nice though.

The clock in the room did not work. The back of the nightstand was broken. The floor in the room was not clean. The sink was by the door which made it hard to get in and out of the room. The hotel information showed waffles for breakfast there were none. The beds were great, parking was good, nice location to I-95.

comfortable but needs an update

Hotel facility is quite dated-worn look and feel. Needs refreshing. Had trouble with the HVAC. Front desk staff provided fix.

My stay was pleasant and nice.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were too small.

Very comfortable bed and quiet room.
