Confortable et la chambre était propre

L’application booking.com indiquait 119$ pour la chambre mais l’hôtel m’a charger 125$ pour la chambre en m’expliquant qu’il s’agissait d’un rabais 🫡🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ première fois que ce genre de situation arrive … j’avais conduit 12h donc j’ai pas dis un mot

Dommage. Nous aurions dû aller visiter la chambre avant. C’est désuet. Vraiment pas à recommander à personne.

Breakfast was hot and had good choices. Close to highway and front desk was manager was helpful. First room assigned smelled like a fresh ashtray. Front desk gave me a new room.

All rooms were supposed to be non smoking and all had been smoked in. Rented 2 rooms. One smelled of vague cigarettes odor and one smelled like fresh ash tray. Traded that one in for another room and that one also smelled but less than the first one. Rugs were stained and walls were dirty. Duct tape was used on Shower handle unclear as to why.. would not stay there again.

The room was dirty, garbage on the floor, someone sleeping in the parking lot approached our vehicle when he thought we were not looking.. was lied to by staff about booking issue and told for 11 days the manager wasn’t in and on vacation.. also told booking.com was lying to me.. kept my $ for a room I never needed and never used. Very poor customer service and extremely bad managers! Never again!!

Nothing bad stay I am sorry!!!

It was not pleasant at all the lady at the front desk was very rude but I think it was just her who messed my stay up . I think you all should fire her now .... I'm sorry first she said you all don't except cash lie than she said there was no room lie on the first floor ..
