The traffic sounds were very loud in the middle of rhe night but not much you can do being beside the highway. Other than that we loved the room and location for our trip.

The person who was at the front desk was not polite. Didn't explain why she needed my credit card even though the room was paid in full.

Staff was rude, smelled terrible, not very clean.

The room and hotel were great, with the exception of the couch in the suite. The cushions were dirty and the structure seemed like the springs had seen better days. This room needs the couch replaced. At a minimum, they should be steam cleaning couch cushions on a regular basis as part of their cleaning protocol. Great breakfast.

We had a room with 2 double beds and a pullout sofa. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet, except for some road noise. This hotel is on a very busy road. The free breakfast was good. Our only complaint was that the mattress on the pullout sofa was terribly uncomfortable. You could feel every coil and wire in it! If you plan to use the pullout sofa bed, bring an air mattress or similar.

The hotel is old and even they have “we make the room everyday” sign in the room, they don’t. And it took us every day about 30-40 mins driving to get to Bosto.

The room was smelly, and the furniture was too old and filthy. The hotel is in need of serious renovation. The clerk at the front desk acknowledged these issues and said that they are working on renovation plans. The beds were not comfortable at all and the linens are not the cleanest! The free breakfast was average and the dining room was acceptable.

Very easy and clean place to stay with kids. The sofa bed mattress and king size mattress have seen better days and needed to be replaced. The sofa bed in particular had springs obviously felt under worn padding. Despite that, comfortable and clean rooms and great breakfast in the morning.

Room was good. Staff was helpful. Salt watwr pool was small and a little chilly but still nice. Workout room didn't have any ventilation so a a little stuffy. Breakfast spread was great. Suite was fairly small compared to other equivalents places we've stayed at in the past.

Decent family hotel

Nice clean room with a decent continental breakfast. The staff were very nice. The location and a few maintenance items were really the only drawbacks. I would stay again.

This was our 2nd stay at the property. My father and disabled mother came with us because we booked a handicapped room. Upon arrival they said that they didn’t have any handicapped rooms on the 1st floor left and were putting us on the 6th floor (top floor). I expressed my concerns and stated how we booked a handicapped room in advance. Was told by staff sorry we’re fully booked we’ll let you know if something else opens up later. The room was dirty, old furniture knicked, dented and couch torn up. It was nothing like the room we stayed in for October 2023. We tried to make the best of it but it was very hard on my mother who cannot walk well at all. Met two sisters (one in a wheelchair) and they also booked a handicapped room and were but ON THE 6th FLOOR AS WELL. That’s when I realized this location does not care about reasonable accommodations for disabled guests. I expressed my dissatisfaction at checkout when they young girl asked how was my stay and was told “ok I’m sorry to hear this. Is there anything I can do for you?” I asked her what can she do and she basically told me nothing and directed me to corporate. I emailed and called Hilton. Nothing in over a week. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Hotel is old. You could see in the sheets and shower. Sheets are slightly dinghy and there are dirt stains on the shower floor. The mattresses are old and lumpy. You could feel the springs in the pullout sofa bed more than the ones in the bedroom. For being old, hotel is fairly clean. Overall, it was a nice stay for a large family. Price helps the stay feel more comfortable. There is a $5 parking fee. It was one of the more affordable hotels in the area.

There was no AC!!! There was a window unit in the living room. There was NO air conditioning in the bedroom! It is advertised as having AC! The fridge didn’t work. And there were stains all over the floor. No AC in the hallway or elevators either.

Hotel pretty clean but the faucet on sink in kitchen was loose. Check in staff great for except tv channel guide was incorrect but we figured out. First day breakfast good second day not as. Omelet had peppers in it and kids didn't like

I had a suite 2 full beds two small fo two adults n sofa bed sofa looked uncomfortable n stain there was Teo doors to the bathroom why not sure wasted space and the light in the bathroom could be better for the price and nope I don’t think I’ll stay again

We appreciated that there was a bedroom with a door to provide a bit of privacy and separation after several nights in other hotels with double queen beds. The staff was considerate and answered questions about the area. Breakfast was convenient and included.

I had syrup or some sticky substance on the seat and it was on my mom clothes, therefore i felt the room wasn't properly cleaned. The pillow itself had brown stains. It hasn't been washed. Some towels had light stains. I did bring that up to the front desk, nothing was done. The cleaning crew came every other day. Also bathroom was backed up and they simple handed me a plunger to do it myself.
