The woman who checked us in had excellent service and was knowledgeable about the amenities and nearby restaurants. The evening (Wednesday) they offered a complimentary evening snack which was a salad, bread, and soup. Along with coffee and tea which was a nice treat. There was also a complimentary breakfast available the next morning. The room was spacious and had dual access to the bathroom so the anyone sleeping in the bedroom would not be disturbed.

The location of the room was directly by the elevators which wasn't ideal traveling with young kids. The bed was not a queen so I slept on the very uncomfortable couch. The indoor pool is not heated so be ready for a chilly swim. The woman serving the breakfast handled the food bare handed including when she used her fingers to push the rest of the homefries from an older pan into a new one. This along with a fellow patron sneezing on the food meant I did not eat any of the complimentary breakfast. When my wife brought her concerns of the contaminated food and the unsafe food handling the items remained out for consumption.

Initially, my two rooms did not have two beds vs, king beds. Staff did a wonderful job fixing this problem for me.

The hotel was in a great location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast service was fantastic.

The matress was very hard. I am older and the mattress was so stiff I did not sleep well at all. The interior was very dated and worn.

The pool chemicals were very strong. That was our children’s only complaint. Everything else was great!

The room suites with the bedroom separately from the living space was exceptional! I loved this separation of the two; you can get ready in your room and still have privacy from the living room. Bonus was every room had a full fridge and freezer, hotplate stove, dish washer.. I will ONLY book moving forward with Homewood Suites! The best hotel I've ever stayed in!

Breakfast is always good. My family and I have stayed at this location numerous times over the past 20 + yrs. Homewood Suites is our preferred choice wherever we travel

Bathroom tub was terrible. Rusty, difficult to turn the water on or off. Need a new tub. Recommend Bath Fitters.
