When we arrived in our room, we found a piece of broken glass on the floor. Very concerning as we were in a dog friendly room - our puppy could have easily found and swallowed. We were not aware of the USD$100 pet fee. We were not told about this fee when checking in and were only advised after our card had already been charged. Hotel is older and definitely needs some maintenance, but the bed was comfy. 20 minutes from downtown Seattle which is great. Due to the surprise charge and glass, I don’t think we will go back.

We’re low maintenance. This was easy to get to and convenient location for our visit.

Greatly misled by the reviews. This property (as of August 2024) is not clean, is not renovated, and is in a sketchy area. There were homeless camping on the other side of the pool gate. There was also limited parking in front, the building was hard to find due to limited signage (small, temporary sign on the side of the road). The hotel is tucked behind an apartment building. The room was dirty. We pulled out the couch to separate the room to keep our toddler in his own space and there was a layer of dust that made it look like it hadn’t been vacuumed in over a year. There were popcorn kernels and bottle caps. The hotel also didn’t include breakfast (our mistake, we saw breakfast available but didn’t realize until after booking that it wasn’t continental). There were hotels of similar pricing that included breakfast, and we wish we’d gone with those instead. All in all, we wouldn’t recommend staying here. The only shining light of the whole experience was the front desk lady who upgraded our room as we had a toddler and she wanted to put us in a quieter wing. Our thanks go out to the friendly service. It’s too bad the hotel wasn’t decent enough to make us come back.

My stay at the Courtyard was was excellent. The staff was great. Love the location, everywhere we needed to go was close by.

I like it here i stay here always ....but would like if they ckeaned the room carpets. There old and dirty

The room smell like cat pee and we're outdated. The hallway had garbage left from either the maids or somebody like garbage bags and ants were crawling around the lobby areas. Our bathroom got clogged the shower. And you smelled cigarette smoke all throughout the hotel

Everything decent, room cleaning service came after asking 2 times

Had a nice stay, clean and in a safe area with lots of hotels, mall, restaurants close by. 30 minute drive to downtown Seattle.

The front afternoon staff were fantastic. Also Dave the bartender was friendly and spot on

The staff were all very friendly and provided help with early check in so that we could put all our luggage into the room. The place is also very safe and clean. The only thing not very good is the bed that I feel the bed to be too soft that I felt tired and uncomfortable when I wake up in the morning.

Location was great, room was clean, very convenient with food on site. Pool and hot tub were also clean and great for the kids.

I felt the property was not a three star place. Quality of place would be closer to a motel inside the rooms lobby was decent staff were nice and friendly no complaints there but expected a lot more in the room for the name and price of the place

Parking is included which is a big bonus

After a hard day touring the Boeing factory and taking an Orca viewing boat from Anacortes; we enjoyed a great check-in and well kept room to collapse in.

Front desk was awesome Saturday 8/3/24 at 7pm

Convenient location just off I-5, near plenty of shopping and dining options. For some reason our room smelled like campfire even though outside was perfectly clean.

Staff at front desk were very polite and kind. I didn’t want to walk out to the back parking lot again to put my pass in the window because I didn’t feel safe and she understood.

Room is a bit dated. The fridge contained food from prior guest. Pull out mattress was old and uncomfortable.

Although we had a reservation, the clerk told us that the hotel had overbooked and that no room was available for us. We were sent to the hotel next door. Prior to trying to check in at the Marriott, we had to park a distance away (due to lack of availability of parking near the building), so an extra frustration was having to schlepp our luggage a long way back to the car before driving over to the hotel to which we had been redirected.

Great place to stay.
