Staff was super helpful. Went for Grandson military graduation all information/directions was provided. Also had the graduation live streamed for family members that were not able to attend.

The staff was very nice and very helpful. Went to watch my daughter graduated from the Navy. The staff set up a TV for people that could not go in person to watch. I would highly recommend this place to other families.

Was not aware i had to spend 5 dollars a day for parking or had to make a 100 dollar deposit room was ok but chairs at the table were torn and spotted missing fabric very damaged and because of extended stay no cleaning service. Couch was comfy and liked the extra pillows.

No extra towels, we had to reuse towels. No extra blankets, had to use sheets for blankets. Couch needs to be replaced, very old,stinks when you sit on it. Breakfast needs to have a variety, everyone don’t eat pork.

The quest above us kept us up 2 nights in a row! Complain to front desk but it did not help so bad checked out a day early!! We will not be returning to this hotel!!!

Decent place to stay for the price for navy graduation

Filtered selections to pool and hot tub and failed to see the fine print when you scroll alllllllllll the way down after all the ads that the pool is seasonal. So a little disappointed we couldn’t swim. Maybe hotels.com can enhance their system to catch this. Sometimes when you’re traveling and making a choice based on filters you might miss this.

We stayed at this location because of its proximity to RTC Great Lakes as our son had just graduated Boot Camp. The location was literally the only thing acceptable about this location. Everything was outdated and worse than that completely dirty and unacceptable. The couch was so disgusting that we had to ask for extra sheets to cover it before we were comfortable sitting down on it, and when I say comfortable, I’m just kidding because it was falling apart and broken. The bathrooms were gross and unclean. The kitchen was gross and unclean. The utensils were gross and unclean. The carpet throughout the entire hotel smelled of mildew and mold. The elevator was completely dirty and always had some form of garbage on the floor. The windows were covered with some type of film that I can only describe as dried milk. We stay at a ton of hotels every year and this is by far the worst we’ve stayed in since the 80s. This place needs a complete renovation and/or to be condemned. Literally stay anywhere else.
On a positive note, if you’re looking for good food go to Libertyville, it’s like 10mins down the road and there’s a ton of restaurants. The wicked egg was amazing.

Booked through Hotels.com and when we checked in, the front desk was kind of rude about it and charged an extra $100 which he said will be refunded, but that should be disclosed as many people use debit cards and that’s an extra hold on funds. Rooms were clean but mattresses and furniture was obviously cheap and not very comfortable. Price was fine for the size of the room

The room is dated but clean. Kids playing basketball while you try to sleep was not great. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. The room is large and a great value for the money.

We we there celebrating our anniversary and the facility was nice, clean and quite. Staff am was Very pleasant and the pool and hot tub was refreshing.

Excellent choice to stay! We had two couples and the suite had two separate rooms and bathrooms and a common area. It was perfect. The rooms could stand to be updated a little, but that would not be a deal breaker. The staff was wonderful, breakfast was delicious, and the property itself was very nice. I would certainly stay here again!

I would definitely stay here again, first off it was close to Great Lakes navy station. Property was overall clean, friendly staff. I loved that they had free coffee and tea at the lobby. Good breakfast options were also available. They only thing I didn’t like was having to pay an additional 5 dollars a day for parking.

Friendly staff and minimal interuptions or interaction. Always happy to assist and location was super close to Navy Graduation and pickup/drop off locations. My son enjoyed hanging out here for Liberty relaxation. Dont miss Big Ed’s BBQ!!!!! Fantastic

I stayed here for boot camp graduation. It was 10 minutes from RTC. The location is close to grocery stores and fast food. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The beds were comfortable. The furnishings were a little out dated but were sufficient. The couch could stand to be updated as the living area is where we hung out the most.

I liked the apartment like feel of the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. My only complaints are the garbage can in the kitchen of my room was too small, the room didn't have a balcony and the furniture was a bit worn. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would stay there again if I were in the area.

However we had a couch bed that was unusable to to the box Soto g not working right, pillows missing on couch, dead fly in bathroom and extremely worn chairs for sitting and a big dip in the middle of one of the beds. Breakfast was good. We were told we wouldn’t be charged for a lost key card but were charged snyway
