Easy check in and perfect location for the horse races across the road

The bed was comfortable great pillows. Bathroom clean but no body lotion. No milk in the fridge, none offered at checkin. For $249 one night one person you would think milk would be supplied. And I certainly didn’t appreciate getting woken up at 8 am text message from Rydges about online checkout.

Property was close to where we were going but traffic noise wasn’t the best. No globe in over bed light, no information booklet, very little milk for coffee/tea, a/c kept turning on and off so it was stuffy then cold all night, toilet flush was vey noisy and I would have thought there would have been little packs of biscuits for tea/coffee- this is the first place I have stayed at that have not supplied this little gesture. I also wasn’t aware that we had to pay for parking, I may have not read it somewhere but it didn’t say on my confirmation email

Had to change rooms as toilet wouldn't flush.
Your drinks menu was good on paper but very lacking in real life asked for a couple of different drinks.... sorry don't have any. Your restaurant menu on wall listed wine by glass but when we sat down in restaurant by bottle only ... go to bar to order and bar person knew before be asked ... I know what you are going to ask for and we don't have in stock.
Would have thought a chain like Rydges would be on top of their stock levels.

The property itself is fine, the location works for business i was doing.the amenities are great and clean.
The noise from 4am was crazy. could not sleep as a result of the heavy road nice and truck braking etc.
As for the staff, i cant rate this because there aren't any. I check myself in and out and interact with no one ever. its a sad reality thats crept into our society and i am not a fan of that.

A pleasant stay with paid parking available on site. Good view of Sydney in the distance, including the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Great location to the Rosehill Race course.

Clean, comfortable stay. 7 min drive ( or 30 min walk) to Parramatta's vibrant restaurant area. Paid $20/day for hotel parking. There's facility for self check in when reception staff wasn't there.

Close to Accor stadium. There was a bus service available to take you there which was helpful. Plenty of places to eat. Friendly service, parking available. Would stay at Rydges again.

We didn't like the smells from the old carpet at the carpark entry to the lift, and the carpet at the hallways getting very old, and when they done the room every day, they missed putting fresh mugs coffee and milk 2 out the 4 days we stayed. we are from Tamworth, and we have been staying at Ridges over the last 40 years.

The only onsite dinning (other than room service) closed at 7pm.
Parking was not listed as an additional cost upon reciept of booking confirmation. Upon exiting property it showed the cost of parking at double what it should have been. Yet to recieve payment receipt.
Had to request reciept for acvommodation payment.
Skirting boards very dusty amd paint chipped. Property needs a good deep clean anð more tegular maintenance.

Close to Accor stadium which is only a 10 minute drive. The hotel staff very friendly and had a good set up for the Taylor Swift concert including organising a shuttle bus and set up a friendship bracelet making station.

Buffet breakfast hot food was cold, despite being told on two occasions new food was brought out, still cold. Took ten minutes to get tomato sauce filled up, cook disappeared for 10 mins. Won’t be doing the buffet breakfast again, very poor service and food!

I booked a room for the Kiss concert, and I could not fault my stay. The room was clean, the staff where very helpful and the amenities were convenient. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone who needs to stay in Parramatta.

Staff were polite, and friendly. Not pretentious, not over bearing. The room was clean and the hotel appears to be well maintained.
The only opportunity I could see to make things better would be to get sheets the fit the mattresses. It did not affect my stay, but without it been tucked in I though that could be done better.
