Quiet, nice bed with soft sheets. Nice breakfast. Easy parking. Would have liked early checkin, but understand why this would be limited near a major airport.

This property itself was okay and the location to the airport is a plus. The free continental breakfast was decent although when things ran out 1/2 hour before closing time, it wasn't refilled. Our room was not very clean and the amenities were lacking. They only give you one small bar of soap, but no shower gel or bath soap .The room had a damp moldy smell to it, especially the carpet. I think it is because they spray the floor with a cleaner and it doesn't dry? We stayed for 6 nights ɓut never had room service. We always had to go out and ask the person with a cart for supplies. They didn't speak English but once they understood what we needed, they gave it to us. The carpet was moist feeling and our feet or socks became dirty because we took our shoes off. There wasn't any hot water in the sink faucet. And the chair in the room had some tears in it.

The staff were rude and unaccommodating. Calls to the front desk were ignored. When I got through, they hung up on me. Customer service isn't their strong suit.

The staff were very nice. You pay for what you get right? Nothing absolutely nothing against the staff. The place was dated, I am grateful for an affordable place to stay.

Was good, quiet. Shuttle service was great and staff friendly. Close to bus stop.

Easy check in. Communication was poor when it came to the shuttle service.

It is an old facility that need to be updated. The continental breakfast offer could be better. The clock in the room was off really bad. Rug very much spotted. On one of the use of the airport shuttle, the driver open the back door of the van and didn’t even offer to place suitcases in the van.

Airport shuttle was advertised but could not pick up at my terminal. They only pick up at terminal 2. This made things very difficult. The shower turned on only scalding hot and would not turn off. Maintenance said I turned it on too hard but I did no such thing. Shuttle driver also told me I had to tip which made me uncomfortable. If a tip is required, I appreciate knowing that in advance as I do not carry cash.

When I first arrived the bathroom smelled like wet rags and urine. I immediately let the front staff know and they said they would take care of it. I believe what smelled was the shower curtain but that was not changed out. Other than that the hotel was clean and well lit. Plenty of parking. A little something for everyone to get a quick bite for breakfast. Close to malls, restaurants and shops. People who don’t know the area just like to complain. There is a subway, Dunkin Donuts and a corner house grill within walking distance. I would stay here again even though I swear the building shakes at times.

I appreciated that front lobby staff were able to accommodate us into a different room since the original room they gave us was dirty and needed assistance there’s a smell but nothing the window opened for breeze a AC to Ventilate its due for an upgrade but I liked it’s in a safe area too,

Cleanliness

Arrived later but checked in fast to get sleep. Nice hotel with good deal for overnight near ORD.

I had roaches in my room and the woman at the front desk was very rude.

The place was clean even though a little worn. We used the shuttle getting back and forth to the airport where we caught the blue line train into downtown for a Cubs game. There are no services within walking distance. Breakfast needs to offer protein options. Overall it served our purposes.

It was better than. Bally's in Indiana. They have a indoor pool and refrigerator and microwave in every room. Close to the airport

1. Clean and comfortable with friendly staff. HOWEVER: 2.TV never did work (front desk said they would be there in 5-10 minutes to assist). An hour later I finally went and asked them in person. 3. Vending machines wasn't taking dollars so went to get quarters. Machine wouldn't take quarters either. 4. Phone calls at midnight and 2 am?? So, I angrily unplugged the phone to get sleep and therefore missed a call to tell me the shuttle was leaving (2-3 min earlier than scheduled).

I thought this was a great value for the price. I did feel safe, the room was clean, transport to O’Hare was readily available. I am a female that travels alone most of the time and I would stay here again.

The wonderful staff, Mr. Akhil and Mr. Rohit were very courteous, helpful and kind. I'd recommend this to anyone and also visit the same hotel next time when I'm in Chicago. Great place.

It’s very convenient and very close to work and restaurants. Also very close to the airport and highways to get to downtown Chicago and enjoy the views and sights of Chicago. A perfect location away from the congested traffic in the inner city. I will definitely tell my friends and coworkers!!

Room was clean, large, and had a microwave, iron, and ironing board. Rooms are services every 3 nights, so did not get serviced for the duration of our stay, but clean towels were available upon request. Front desk and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful, though shuttle drivers could be rude or unhelpful, including one instance where a driver was unable to tell us which Super8 he was driving to. Despite this, shuttle service was helpful. If you’re relying on public transport to get around the city, you will need to take the shuttle to O’Hare and the blue line from O’Hare into Chicago proper. Shuttle was easy to book, simply informing the front desk the night before or calling the front desk to get the shuttle from the airport. Public bus services drop near the hotel, but often require you to cross the freeway to reach the hotel, and there is no crossing. The local area is very limited - there is a Subway in walking distance but no other food options. Breakfast was free but limited options - generally fruit loops, muffins, self service waffles, and toast. What food they did serve was of acceptable quality, especially considering the price point. I would recommend this hotel for easy access to O’Hare and budget travelling, but know that it is not a luxury stay. Hotel corridors were signposted, but I still had some trouble navigating. There is a water fountain and a laundry machine that takes quarters.

Good Shuttle

Value for money and very close to the airport with shuttle included.

The property, the building and the hotel van were all beat up, run down and need work. Paint was peeling in my bathroom. The carpet is old and worn out. It looks dirty inside and out. I will never stay at this hotel again.

My check-in was quick. I had a lot of questions about parking and airport transfer which were answered very well. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable for our very short stay.

Everything was awesome

The staff at this hotel is a nightmare. Rude and inept service at check in and check out. Hotel shuttle driver was talking on the cell phone and / or radio the entire drive from the airport to the hotel. We had multiple close calls with traffic. Room was extremely dated. Bathroom needs a complete renovation.

First, it took multiple phone calls to only find out after 1/2 hour that the driver had not even left to pick me up from the airport. When I spoke to the front desk, they were rude and said white vehicle #54 with Super 8 on the side. After that I found out he had not left the motel yet. Then the front desk threw document at me and got upset when I wanted to read the document vs initially in. She stated, its the usual no damage and no smoking as she aggressively tapped her ink pen and pointed to qhere to initial. Also they transfered a call to my room meant fir someone else- do they understand English? Ìt is the worst service I have experience in my 50 plus years of life. And when I was younger I worked in the service industry. We would have be fired for yelling at our clients, much less telling them to sign a document you havent even read. I would stay away from this disrestful place of business and train people to respect humans not treat them like dirt. And then lie about sending the person to the Airport to pick up 9 people, who all said similar things I saw!!! Respect was not shown in the least from the 2 women from behind the desk
