If you are going to an event at the All state Arena this is the place to stay as it is just a few minutes to walk there. The location is quiet with free shuttle service from the airport and lots of eating choices just across from the property. The room was so clean and spacious and the curtains completely close over the windows making for a fantastic night sleep along with the very comfy bed. The complimentary breakfast offered plenty of choices. Last but not least, the staff are all so friendly and helpful and kind! Can't wait for the next trip so I can stay here again!

The hallways smelt like cigarettes & the room was outdated compared to the main lobby.

The room was bright and comfortable, and we’d liked the kitchen area. Breakfast was delicious, and the amenities were very nice.

There cleaning is topnotch They pay attention to every details in the room Despite the fact that kids will always liter the rooms yet they ensure they clean it to your satisfaction Anytime I visit Chicago again, I will pick residence inn

The way the payment was removed They were calcuting it based on weekly basis which for me shouldn't be

I didn't like that the refrigerator was dented in more than one spot. In addition, the bedroom door was patched up where a hole use to be. The furniture is outdated also.

The room’s bathroom did not have enough toilet paper or towels. Both showers did not drain properly. Woke up the next morning the water from my shower remained in the tub despite the drain being open. The smoke detectors chirped continuously elsewhere in the building. Complained twice but it continued for the first night. Guest across the hall were extremely loud throughout our stay and above our floor we could hear very loud bumping noises late into the night and into the early morning hours. Also it sounded as if someone was running up and down the hallway or their room for most of our time on the second night. The room was far too expensive to have these issues. This is my second time staying there I will not stay again.

The staff was great, especially Ira. Really convenient having breakfast each morning, the food was good. The local restaurants were outstanding.

Location and shuttle service to airport was FANTASTIC. The shuttle driver at 3am was exceptional. He was joyful, kind, helped an elderly man get the wheelchair that was reserved for him to make sure he wasn't left on the curb with no help!!!!

The carpet in the room was in very much need for replacement. It smelled and was to the point of never being clean again.

I love that the room was actually very clean. Also its so close to the allstate arena we walk their we save the $40 dollars parking money.

The only thing I didn't like, there was no coffee filter for the coffee machine in the room.

Thanks so much to Cedric. We last minute booked it because our original stay with another place did not work out. When we got there the Bookings reservation didn't go through, but Cedric was patient and really helped calm my anxiety that he'll help us figure out a place to stay. He was able to get us room just directly with them since our bookings reservation still wouldn't go through to their system.

The sleeper sofa could've been better, but other than that, not much complaints.
