We checked in to a clean room. I used the restroom and found that the toilet was not working properly flushing. Instead of calling the lobby I decided to go there since I had an errand to run. When I got back 10 minutes later it was fixed. What a great service!

Good breakfast buffet.

For the price, the room was not bad at all, so if you are looking for a clean and fine place to stay, this place is fine and will surely serve your needs. However, there were many small problems that added up to a less-than-pleasant stay for me. I got slow/no internet in the room the first night (it seems that the hotel staff addressed this because it got better the second day, though when I initially contacted them about the problem, they just told me to contact AT&T customer service), there were fruit flies in the room, the remote control to the TV and the coffee maker didn't work and had to be replaced, the lightbulb in the bedside lamp was flickering crazily so I couldn't use it, the shower had a weird half-door so water got all over the bathroom. It also suffered from a lot of the same issues as many other hotels right now as they try to cut every possible cost at the expense of customer comfort--no water cups in the room, cheap doors to the room that let in light from the hallway underneath, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, cheap and very minimal blankets, no coffee in the lobby in the morning.

I have stayed at Hilton hotels many times. This is by far the worse Hilton hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were dated and in the worse conditions I have seen. My room had to be changed 3 times until there was one acceptable to stay in. Although the ballroom was lovely, the rooms I was offered were not. I would not recommend this hotel location.

Comfortable Bed

I enjoyed my stay, the only thing I requested when I booked the room was to have a tub with a shower. I had my little daughter with me, it was a standing shower only, which was hard for me to have her take a shower.

Bathroom door did not work properly. After checking in we were in our room unpacking when we heard a knock on the door I opened the door to find a hey little girl about 5 years old by herself in the hallway. I asked who she was with and she walked over to the next door and knocked on the door female opens the door little girl walks in I told the lady she was knocking on my door she looked angry and said thank you and close the door. Later that evening there were people coming in and out of there rooms till after 1:00 a.m. love talking then door slamming not a good night's sleep.

Always a great stay, would have liked a free breakfast though.

The valet was the best part … Hotel is rundown housekeeping needs to do a better job cleaning the rooms and dusting the room is definitely need some updating TLC

I had a terrible experience at check in. I have stayed at Hiltons in Philadelphia with no problems before. I had my Dad’s debit card which I have used before with an authorization form which many Hiltons didn’t even need. Well that was not the case here. I didn’t have the authorization because Hilton lets me stay with no problem. Quinn at the front desk was not having it. After calling Hilton directly which seems like it’s outsourced even though the reps said they were in Houston I finally was able to stay after 45 stressful minutes.

Hotel was nice and clean . Turndowns were good although I did not like the restaurant staff and manager . I flew in from Michigan to have jaw surgery done and I was supposed be in bed rest and I couldn’t order room service due to them disconnecting the lines . I ended up going down to the restaurant with a huge swollen jaw and in extreme pain and ended up ordering in person and after I raised my concerns all I got was a pathetic 10 off the already overpriced food. When the delivered it they forgot my coke and seemed like they bought almost after a half hr . Lesson learned I will never stay this hood like established ever again .

The parking situation was a bit ambiguous. But the hotel itself was clean and amazing. The staff were very pleasant as well.

Overall it was okay, however our room was not ready for when we tried to check in at 6pm.

Was clean. Parking lot was a bit confusing to find. Was a lot down the street a bit.

We have to wait almost one hour after their listed check in time. The room is not ready. There is no apology from the staff about the delay. It seems that you take what you get.

Facility was good but my room dirty - including the phone and inside the fridge. Lots of confusion about my one-night room booking which had been paid in advance. And they put a charge on my credit card of almost $800. The manager was rude and unhelpful - no explanation or apology. I am still waiting for it to be removed

We were in town to look at colleges. Good base. Used buses and Uber. Hotel is clean and quiet. Very basic but good….
