Good view of ocean and great view of sunset, quiet and wonderful staff. Great location for area but a little tricky to get in and out of. It's nice they let you check out binoculars. Room had a wonderful fireplace and it was fun to sit on our balcony and watch the restaurant traffic going in to Kyllo's. They do deliver a continental breakfast to your room. Be aware things freeze on the top shelf of the refrigerator. We would stay again!

My husband and I stayed here for our babymoon! The staff was pleasant; however, we probably wouldn't consider staying here again unless it was during the off season (winter, fall or spring maybe). We were woken up on Saturday morning to the delivery trucks across the way for Kyllo's as well as that following night due to drunk people hanging out in the parking lot of Kyllo's. Those two things have nothing to do with the hotel itself other than location and the fact that all hotels with a balcony face the parking lot of Kyllo's. For us, we would've chosen to stay somewhere a little more quiet for a couple hundred more.

We liked the property and location. The only negative was the confusing television controls. We asked for help, but what we were told didn’t help. It wasn’t just us. Another guest also complained. We were trying to catch up on the Olympics during our travels. All in all - good stay.

The clerk was very friendly & explained things to us. Our king room Is very good size and has a Juliette balcony with a view of the ocean. A bit of disappointment that there were buildings inbetween us and the water, some blocking part of our view. We could hear the ocean welll and still see part of it and the sand. They bring a small breakfast to your room in the morning. Bed & pillows were very comfy! Room is clean except carpet seems a bit old. Fireplace but didn't use it.

Property is located right by a restaurant, a bit noisy, and next to main road, also noisy. Our "ocean view" was between 2 buildings that were in front of us. Staff was wonderful, breakfast good, not as good as other hotels that offer breakfast, but it was brought to us in our room.

Great little spot in the heart of Lincoln City. Although it isn't waterfront, you still have a nice view of the ocean. The hotel has taken extra effort to make their hotel rooms next level with choosing unique layouts, fabrics, furniture, and amenities. We enjoyed our stay!

location was good. Plan ahead and get a better hotel. The walls were paper thin you can hear others outside down the hall. You have to make a reservation just to use the outdoor spa? never heard of that. rooms were not stock with tea or coffee. You have to make choices for breakfast the night before, not a problem but they didnt get it right. I stayed at the CoHo hotel near by much better choice by far.

Loved this place. Very clean and comfortable, with a very relaxed atmosphere. We really enjoyed the cute little coffee/tea bar in the lobby, the breakfast room service was an awesome perk as was the option to book a time to use the jacuzzi. My one issue is there weren't any stir sticks in the room for coffee, which isn't even a real problem. Huge shoutout to Mark for being an awesome front deskman. Thanks- the couple that were constantly in and out who you recommended Zeller's to.

Perfect location to walk to the beach to view the sunset. Loved the small feel of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and rooms were nice. Only reason for not rating it 5 stars is because there were very obvious stains all over the carpet.

The staff was wonderful!

The View was bad ass, what was not good, is that is hotel is situated between the main road and another moderately busy road. While trying to relax and enjoy the ocean you will hear traffic, car alarms and other general commotion. We were not traveling with kids which tends to make you hyper dickish to other people's kids. While relaxing in the amazing jet tub, I could hear someone's toddler crying and running back and fourth down the hall way. Throughout our stay. I probably should have checked to see if it was family friendly and made arrangements to not be by kids. On the flip side of that I was eagerly awaiting one of the drunken trio to fall off the balcony as they hung off of it shouting at the passerbys trying to just make it back to the cars from Kyillo's. We had stayed here one other time on the 5th floor and it was a much better experience than the 3rd floor. The staff is always really friendly, check in is easy. We use Expedia. There is easy beach access, and loads of things with in walking distances. I probably won't book here again just because I'm a light sleeper and the traffic is a " no" for me, my Husband love it , even though he is afraid of heights. Lol

This hotel was very nice and quiet. We were running late and they called us to make sure we were still arriving before 10. He stayed on the phone too give me directions on how to get into the hotel parking which was a little confusing in the dark. Very kind man who answered so of my questions. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and a nice breakfast delivered to us.
