Receptionist was professional and very helpful. All team members in other departments were great. But the Receptionist was exceptionally with customer service.

The hotel is good the staff are excellent food is expensive but lovely. We only had 1 hour in the pool for adult swim on the weekend. I was offered room for disabled which had shower toilet and i could leave my walker and clothes in and i had the key. All the staff were amazing.

Overall the hotel is good our meals were excellent but we had no room service during our stay and had to use old towels as housekeeping had closed when we advised reception.

Staff are great. Spa is lovely. Modern room. Free mini bar is a nice touch. It’s a long walk from reception to a lot of the rooms but that was fine for us. Well Located. Decent breakfast. Would come back.

The room and the bathroom was a good size & clean. The food was very nice. Only problem was the traffic noise, which was very loud in the night, which we could hear clearly in the room and so didn't get a good nights sleep, we informed the receptionist the next morning and they did apologise. Overall, the staff were friendly and if it wasn't for the noise, it would be a lovely hotel to stay at.

Very friendly staff and nice clean room. However, would not stay again as the room was located so far from the reception up 2 small flights of stairs and lots of people had the same complaint. As it is a large hotel this is just something that cannot be changed but it means's I would not stay again. Evening meal was very slow service, food was ok but a little overdone. Breakfast was very good, plentiful and very attentive staff.

Really nice hotel with spa, really polite helpful staff throughout the hotel/restaurant/pub and spa. nice size rooms, with all amenities needed , good night sleep. Nice big deep bath. Great breakfast and lots of options. Spa facilities was lovely; will be using again.

We had a large twin room and may have been upgraded as there was some complimentary drinks in the minibar. The room decor was up to date and very contemporary. Lovely Nexpresso coffee machine. The main difference to me was the staff who were all happy to help, friendly with a much better work ethic than previous stay. They were all a Credit to Q Hotel.

We stay at this hotel when we travel to see family. It is a fairly large hotel with excellent facilities. The staff are always really friendly and helpful. The food is also very good and the breakfast is excellent. We always enjoy our stay. The room is fairly standard with a king size bed but comfortable. We try and stay during the week as we’ve found that it’s better value. It gets quite busy at the weekends with golfers.

The Hotel is lovely with an incredible Spa and swimming pool; the hotel bedrooms are tired and in need of some attention with dated furniture; limited toiletries in the bathroom etc.

Great location and a very nice walking path around the whole golf course. Could do with a little refresh in some of the rooms, but everything was clean.

There was a noisy fan outside our room which came on regularly during the night.

Some aspects of the property are getting tired. Grout around bath/shower in both rooms going black with mould growth (white grout with black growth spots) carpets stained and dirty just really needs some more attention on deep cleaning and it’ll be back to the standard expected of such an establishment

Noisy room next door shouting playing loud music. Room 110 and 108 are above the plant room so the noisy pump kicks in and out all night long.

Nice family room with good breakfast and other health gym services. Good price for a short holiday.

Room - Superior Family Room with 2 double beds. The room was beautifully decorated with high quality finish/furnishings. Very comfortable beds/pillows etc.. The fridge was stocked with Diet Coke, water, wine, beer and pretzels. On arrival there was only wine but every day after that it was fully stocked. Lovely toiletries included. Unfortunately the room was let down by the cleanliness. The shower tiles were gross and there was mould on the shower tray - this would take 5 minutes to clean and 2 minutes each time to keep on top of so no excuse for it. I also kept finding little short and curly hairs on the wall tiles around the rest of the bathroom which made me wonder what order they were cleaning things in. There was a lot of dust on lamp shades and bedside tables as well. Our extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work so by the time 4 of us had showered each day, the walls, surfaces and everything else was soaking wet. I reported it twice and nothing was done about it.It really is a shame about the cleanliness issues because otherwise the room was spot on. Breakfast-Breakfast was great. Lots of choice and always being topped up. There were all the usual hot items, fresh fruit, overnight oats, pastries, cereals and so much more. Staff - every member of staff we interacted with was pleasant, helpful and friendly. The only issue we had was the extractor not being fixed. My son uses a wheelchair and we found the hotel very accessible. The pool was good but always very buy.

The main problem here is the last few times I have stayed that the room given is geographically as far as it can be from reception , the hotel has a large quadrant type footprint and lugging heavy bags at the end of a long day is the last thing anyone wants. The food and drink options are good, but its plenty of money for what it is

Room was clean and of a good size. 250 steps from Reception to our room, so a good walk! Breakfast buffet was excellent. Dinner was nice but we felt it was over priced, as were the drinks. All of the staff were lovely - everyone was really friendly and our server at dinner, Alex, was excellent.
