All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. One thing that could be improved upon are the windows. This hotel is on a very busy road, and very noisy most of the night. It almost soundee like the window was open. I checked, twice. Closed as much as possible. Thankfully I travel with earplugs. Otherwise convenient choice for a quick one night stay close to airport. Thank you for providing 2 airport shuttles each hour.

Place was a bit run down. Not enough towels for 4 people as we had to as for more. Bathroom door was broken.

Customer service was excellent. Since we arrived early from our cruise they were very accommodating with storing our luggages while we explored downtown Seattle. It’s also very convenient that they have shuttle to take you to the mall nearby and 24-hr bus shuttle service to the airport. The only downside is that the outside waiting area was dirty and not well maintained. There’s a lot of cigarette butts on the floor and smells bad.

Free breakfast the worst. Bananas so rotten we still joke about them. No potatoes only eggs. God knows what type of sausage they used. I had to find the coffee cups because no one was there to put out more cups. In the morning is so sun glaring staff did not lower screens so we could avoid the sun blaring in our eyes. Some people had no where to sit except with the sun in their face. One day no cereal. Next day had cereal but all 3 were sugar type cereals.

We had a great stay at this hotel we arrived very early in the day and the clerk was very helpful with storing our bags and allowing us to park the car at the hotel all day ehile we took the train into Seattle sight seeing. We go back to the hotel at aboit 7pm. We were hungry and the hotel provided free shuttle service to local restaurants. Great service. Also a very good hot breakfast in the morning. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent....big roomy comfortable room...very large lobby....great hot/cold breakfast....covered parking in the rear.....very nice ck in personel with lots a patience as it was really busy with cruise customers but because the communal area is so large you didn't feel crowded in...near the Airport and you might hear a plane now or then but not on a constant basis...the morning manager was ALWAYS ATTENTIVE....

An hour to check-in. Only 1 person at the front desk at a busy check-in time. She was very pleasant and did her best with a challenging situation. No complimentary water in room. Never got a wake-up call, even though I had checked twice to confirm. Room was fine, but overpriced for a standard room. Overall ok, and kudos to the one front desk person, but probably wouldn't stay here again.

Check in was really easy. The staff accommodated me very well on both stays. The hotel shuttle was a little late but understood due to the chaos of traveling. The driver was nice and got me back to the airport on time.

And after I arrived I was charged an addittional fee on top of what I paid 5 months prior when I made the reservation and PAID IN FULL.
The only thing this place had going for it was the location.

This Holiday Inn Express is what you would expect. It certainly meets the standards of other Holiday Inn Expresses at which we have stayed. The staff was friendly and professional, the rooms were clean, and the property was conveniently located to the airport. Extremely frustrating, however, was the hotel shuttle. We waited for half an hour for it to arrive at the airport, watching several other hotel shuttles pick up guests. We finally gave up and took a cab. Because there is a minimum charge, this cost us $21.00. When we expressed our frustration to the desk clerk, she stated that shuttle service had been "spotty". If you advertise a hotel shuttle, it should run regularly. Catching it should not be a "hit or miss" proposition.

I am 5'3" and had a very hard time getting on the bed because it was so high. When I did get up there and sat on the edge my feet were a good 2 feet from the floor. Once up there it was comfortable.
The bathroom had a very odd sliding door that offered no real privacy. There was a large gap and no handle or lock of any kind. Also, the entry door had at least an inch of gap at the bottom that light and sound came thru. As well as a spider crawling across that floor.
The microwave took some figuring out. Would be nice if there were instructions.
Lastly, in the room above us were very loud children that were up all night running, jumping and bouncing a ball or something. We got very little sleep.
There should be quiet time rules and kids should not be on upper floors if possible.

Nice clean hotel. The receptionists were super nice. The breakfast was really good. The hotel shuttle service was fast and efficient picking up my family and I from the airport. Their Shuttle service also made it easy to get to our cruise port on time! loved our stay! The room was nicely cleaned, yet I do have to mention that although the bed sheets seemed clean, one of the beds sheets had some kind of clear stain on them, just made me wonder if the bed sheets had been washed or even changed at all. I didn't make a big deal about it since we only stayed one night, and in all honesty, compared to other hotels, that charge just as much and are pretty run down and/ or dirty, This hotels front desk, breakfast and shuttle exceptional service is what made the true difference !
