Overall very dirty and you can tell the hotel has not been kept up inside

The hotel was extremely worn out. I was given a “handicap” room. The air conditioner literally sounded like a lawnmower, it was so loud. The towels were threadbare. The housekeepers were very loud in the mornings despite my do not disturb sign, they were in the hallway and oblivious to the circumstances.

I put my team of worker in this hotel while working in that area. They said "this is the worst hotel they have ever stayed in, bed bugs, wall stains, smells bad." one of my guys didn't even sleep in the bed. We rent a lot of hotels and this will not be one ever again, and i feel like we should get a FULL refund. Disgusting.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. This is our third day and we couldn’t be more impressed by the staff. The breakfast could be improved however it was better this time than last.

I didn't like the fact that the house staff saw fot to not make up the bed during a 2 night stay.

Room is very musty, bad smell, hard to get sleep. Bathroom sink water drainage issue, bath tube slippery, breakfast food item and option not good

Staff was excellent. Room was average. Pool area and designated smoking area had WAY too many cigarette butts and trash. Rather inconvenient location. Much better to stay across the highway at the Hampton Inn or any of the other hotels in the Bluffton area that are just better and have easier access to restaurants.
I’ve spent a lot of time around Hilton Head Island and Bluffton and this hotel is simply not a place that I would ever stay at again.
Staff was excellent so it’s not their fault for this honest review.

The front lobby was clean but the room had a musty wet smell. And it got worse during the stay. Concierge stated it was one of their best ones. Carpet even felt damp at times.

Stayed couple of times past four years and has gone down hill . Hotel needs updating. Breakfast was barely any choice and disappointing. Vacuum rooms late night and early morning. Won’t be going back

Convenient stop when we come in a day early for HHI vacation. Rooms are clean and have the fridge, etc. I've stayed here before and would stay here again.

It was clean but in very dated. Cracks in the paint and patches on the walls. Needs an update. For the price, its a great but not for more than one night stop.

Cleanliness was ok. Definitely not top notch. Outside pictures of property is deceptive in comparison to the inside. Outside looks well kept, inside is out dated. It’s not the worst I’ve stayed in. Probably will not ever stay here again.

I HAD 2 ROACHES IN MY ROOM. ONE WAS CRAWLING IN MY BED THE OTHER WAS CRAWLINF UP THE WALL THERE WAS SOME OTHER BUG ON THE BATHROOM WALL. I KILLED THEM ALL. I HAVE PICTURES. SHOWER CURTAIN WAS RIPPED. I REPORTED IT AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE FIXED NEXT DAY- IT WASN'T. THE BREAKFAST WAS WORST I'VE EVER HAD AT A HILTON. EVERYTHING WAS LUKEWARM TO COLD. ONLY BREAD WAS WHITE WONDERBREAD. REALLY!!!!! I'LL NOT BE STAYING THERE EVER AGAIN. NOR WILL I RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

The hotel is obviously an older facility but it was clean and adequate. The bathroom and sink in the room was small and dated. The breakfast had a limited hot selection of scrambled eggs, sausage or pancakes, cereals and toast. Overall, however, it served its purpose at a reasonable price.

i look for hotels with pool this one has a outdoor pool and the price was what was in my price and was on the way
when i ask about the outdoor pool was open i was told it was not do to the pollen season and not open till sometime in may
there was no mention of this on your web site or was it mention when i call them when i called them two days before we stay was very displeased
the lady who check us in was very short with me and her dress was very low in the chest area

When I walked in everything seemed ok. Got to my room, showered and ordered dinner. My wife and I were sitting in the bed eating the Outback dinner we ordered. A tiny roach crawled across the bed. I killed it. Given we were exhausted from our roadtrip, we decided to stay and get some sleep. While sitting on the toilet, a larger roach crawled towards my wife causing her to immediately pack everything and vacate the room.

One of the beds had a huge dip in the mattress. My grandson woke up with a backache. Bathroom was clean. Beds were clean. No other complaints except the mattress. However, that is a pretty big deal.

2 of our 3 rooms were fine. Although it was very noisy and the hallways were cluttered with pizza boxes and other garbage. But the hotel manager was helpful in trying to make things right.

Very dirty and needs a makeover/upgrade room looked like a cheap motel room, hallways were full of garbage bags in front of rooms from the guest putting them their n maintenance not picking them up in a timely fashion after the maids leave for the day. Hallways smelled like a combination of different restaurants all at once, the place looks like is following apart except for the dining area it was ok.

Stayed only 1 night out of 3. Place was Very dirty and unsafe. The door jam was broke so we could not use our key to get back in. DO NOT recommend to anyone.
