Furniture is old and needs some attention.

Flip side to going North last week, was heading South home... still a great find.
I will up date ine thing... there is an interstate right there and the room we had this time was closer to it, you could hear traffic (but not really that bad) but by time went to bed no noise! Wasn't that big of an issue for me, but then again I am not a prima donna!!!

Best Western Plus Hardeeville Inn & Suites called me in route from Tampa (Brandon) and said they were without power and ask us to consider cancellation. Hence, I said if they are without power we must cancel.

Stayed for one night only passing through driving to Fl. Right off I 95. Completely renovated beautifully and spotlessly clean. We had a king bed,fridge and microwave. Very comfortable bed.AC was a bit noisy Walk in shower. Very nice breakfast area. Breakfast included was standard items. Hot and cold food.Well worth it.

There was a very very floral scent in the lobby and room which upset my asthma. That was not fun. Breakfast did not appear to be restocked. There was nothing left when we went to look.

The staff at the front desk was polite and accommodating. I was even able to check in earlier than expected, which was great. One of the washing machines didn't work so I wasted money there, so the front desk attendant went to make more change himself and paid for it, which was very nice.

I was prepared to be disappointed because it was a pet friendly room, even though most of the reviews were great. I was pleasantly pleased with the room, no pet odor or stains. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. Would definitely stay there again!

Checkin staff was very nice. Lobby was very clean and smelled freshly mopped. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. Everything smelled freshly washed. Linens were clean. There was no road noise when we slept. Shower was great with good water pressure. Had breakfast at 6:30 am and it was hot and there was ample choice. Staff was really polite and attentive. Would stay here again.

I am pleasantly surprised by this gem of a hotel. Most of the reviews were great, but some of the reviews almost made me cancel my reservation. I’m so glad I kept it! It’s a great location. Immaculately clean. Surprisingly spacious. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

1st the hotel is just ok. Average to poor. There’s a Travelodge next door that’s boarded up due to unsafe conditions. The neighborhood is sketchy. If you stay here I recommend checking in and staying in. Don’t venture out on foot alone. If you need to go out take your car and stay vigilant and your personal items near you. Free breakfast was not stocked properly which maybe due to the breakfast rush at the time. I had toast and decided to get something on the road later. Parking lot was well lit at night. My truck was there in the morning and it was still all intact. Thank goodness. Bed was comfortable, pillows were comfortable, a/c worked well, shower had low water pressure. Hotel has a musty smell not real bad but you knew it. Office clerk was nice and smiling throughout check in and check out process. Should’ve stayed in Savannah one exit south of this location.

We were in the first floor and people would walk out the front door and smoke right outside our window. And the people next to us were also smoking 420 so our room just smelled gross the whole time. The beds were small and the size was fine.
The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.
We did find a random flip flop in our room and it just didn't seem deep cleaned.
ALSO, easy to look on Maps, but it advertises being close to Hilton Head Island. But it's a pretty solid drive over there.
