I have paid this booking on my Hotel.com for two beds when I arrived they gave me a one bedroom very small.

The room smelled like mildew. Bathroom had mold in shower and in shower. Vanity light did not work

I have stayed at this location several times. I always find everything to be excellent except the bed. I find it to be very uncomfortable.

This hotel is ready for a renovation.
There’s definitely smoking in these rooms which is apparently is disallowed. It’s a big turn off for that reason.

I had a peaceful stay. I went there to do some schoolwork and let me tell you the bed is so comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Thank you for the stress free stay.

A little noisy but everything was fine as far as accommodations. Do not appreciate the additional parking charge for that area though.

The hotel was packed with people and only one elevator was working. When I complained I was told they where fixing it this week. It was obvious that the owner did NOT want to spend the extra money it would have cost to fix it over the holiday weekend.. Lots of waiting on 1 slow elevator!

It was very hard to sleep due to the light shining into the room from under the door and the crack. After a hour and a half of dealing with the light I removed a sheet and covered the entire area which in turn allowed the room to become dark so I could rest. Also the toilet ran from time to time.

The staff was very friendly. The mattresses were uncomfortable. I was sinking in the middle all night and couldn’t get comfortable. The room also has a musty smell to it. Opening the windows helped, but when we turned to AC on, the smell came back. We told the front desk and they said, “That’s everywhere.” Other than that, not a bad spot!

I was stuck in the elevator for at least a half hour. The front desk told me the maintenance would get the door open shortly. 30 minutes later I called the police because we could barely breathe. Ten minutes later the door opened but therewere no maintenance people there. The police said someone had a panic attack in the elevator.It was a horrible experience. The manager, Melissa, apologized.

Convenient location - front desk was friendly. Comfortable. One elevator out of order and the second was painfully slow. Parking lot a little maze like - but plenty of parking. Overall would stay here again.

Perfectly fine for a couple of nights stay. Location is pretty convenient, plenty of parking, shops & restaurants nearby. Hotel is a bit dated in areas & doors are loud when closing but not unexpected. Bathroom had been recently renovated & was modern. Ear plugs & a lotto ticket in the room was a nice touch. Only dealt with the staff for check-in/out & they were efficient & friendly.

The only negative was that we reserved and prepaid for the King Suite at least a month in advance but then upon check in we were told that those were sold out and settled for the 2 queen bed rooms. The staff was helpful and friendly, Uno's pizzeria is next door so that was good for takeout.
