It’s the best place to stay in Hamilton

The atmosphere that's the Bitterroot River Inn always makes me feel comfortable and allows me to relax. Bridget at the front desk always makes you feel welcome and at home. We have stayed here two - three times a year for the last 10-15 years and will keep coming back as long as it stays like it is!

We loved the 24 hr pool area but pool and hot tub seemed over chlorinated so it smelled bad. We loved the service and friendly staff and the breakfast ! The bed, however, was brick hard and we could not sleep on it. We had to sleep on the hide-a-bed😕

Great room at a fair price. Breakfast has lots of options, there is a walking path that starts behind the parking lot.

Check in disgusting I travel 270 days a year and I have never had such disgusting front desk. I left and came back in an hour, and it was the same situation. Then the room assignment messed up. Beds might as well sleep in a canoe, about the same experience.

We had our dog with us for her first road trip and the hotel was super accommodating. There is a park and walking trail on the east side of the property. And the evening cookies were great!

The cleanliness of the whole place was excellent. The breakfast was filling and so many options to choose from. The pool, sauna and hot tub were perfect and a huge hit with the kiddos. We will definitely be back!

It was a nice quiet place to stay with a comfortable bed, however for what we paid per night I feel like they could have provided more toiletries and things like a soap dish. Or even a dispenser for soap and shampoo in the shower. I felt like corners were cut where they shouldn't be cut when you're paying prime room rates.

It’s a great place to stay! The cost wasn’t bad compared to other places and the facilities were very nice.

Very nice updated room. Bed was a little harder than I would like and the shower curtain doesn't hold water in very well. Kids had fun at the pool, great breakfast in the morning.

The suite room had a view of the roof and a very noisy air conditioner. As the hotel did not offer cleaning nor room refresh of supplies unless requested, I asked for additional shampoo the next morning. None were placed in the room. For what was paid for the room, this was not worth it.
I did complain about the view in their text inquiry the day of whereby we were offered the next day a room change via phone call. As we were out already on our site seeing, I felt it was late to try to change.

The room is in need of maintenance. Toilet seat is loose, sink and tub drains very slow and the sink faucet leaked all over the counter. The comforter was too small for the bed. We had to re-make the bed as the comforter only came up to the bottom of my rib cage. Breakfast was not too good, as well.

An excellent property situated on a beautiful natural area and one of Montana’s rivers. You can take a nature walk every day!
