The breakfast had many choices for adults and children. Well prepared and presented. Lots of choices, and the staff was very accommodating. Wonderful pool area and the setting near the river was wonderful.
The only thing I noticed in the pool area was that the surface around the pool was slippery when wet, I almost slipped getting out of the pool and caught myself on the handrail.

We were told there would be cookies at 7pm but never saw them so we were disappointed.

It was very pretty. The view out the window from our room was absolutely amazing.
I didnt like how dirty it was. The pool had no towels. There was garbage and clothes all over in the pool room. Sat in the hot tub for maybe 5 minutes and got out. There was hair, hay, dirt in the hottub and the floor was gross. . It was absolutely disgusting down in the pool room.

Need to pick your game up...place use to be pretty good. Chairs in room uncomfortable. Shampoo was a used bottle 1/2 gone. Breakfast bar ...juice machine not working no biscuits...everyone coming in wanted biscuits. These are easy things that should have been taken care of.

The property is beautiful, rooms are amazing and it’s so convenient that the pool and spa is open 24/7. Really nice to be able to go down and access it when no one else is in there!
The miscommunication between the property and (booking.com online agent) helping me with extending my stay @ the property. Don @ the property asked Carlos to call him back in 30 minutes because he was checking in people & had people on the phone on hold; Carlos never called him back therefore causing us a whole mess of issues extending our stay which was inconvenient, cost us more money and we ended up having to switch rooms (WAS NOT HAPPY)
