Good location

No elevator and two stories

The amount of money I paid for 2 nights, I was most certain there would at least be a blow dryer. I left mine at home expecting one there. The coffee also was completely watered down. Far from drinkable. The bathroom was so small could barely move around in it and we were up all night because you could hear everything outside the room.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. I felt safe there. Breakfast was good. Room seemed clean.

TINY bathroom! The room was adequate but not at all fancy for the price of $300/night (included taxes). I realize my stay was the weekend before the July 4th holiday and in Montana. I believe the cost was competitive with other hotels/motels in the area. I booked online, so there was no room for negotiation once I got to the hotel. I don't think there were very many TV channel choices. Wish that breakfast was available until 10:00 a.m.

The TV remote was very confusing, and instructions should be provided at check in.

I thought the breakfast was fine. Good selection. And the hostess seamed to stay on top of everything during the small rush while I was eating to keep everything filled.

Too bad the card coder went done so the staff had to hustle to open doors when ever we came back to our rooms. Causing only a slight inconvenience. Do you take AARP?

Staff was nice and helpful despite facing technical difficulties.

I was distressed for them at the lack of IT support to get their new system operational.
