During checking only 2nd floor rooms available, This is fine but I need a room with plenty of parking. She said this room had plenty, and when In to the the room, there was no parking. I came back to switch rooms she said I did not say there were multiple rooms available and I could not change and we are completely full on a Tuesday.

Arrived just after 9. No one was at the night window to check in. After 5 minutes I called the number on the reservation. After ringing the phone a few times on the other side of the night window, someone appeared so I could get checked in. No apology for the wait. The room smelled like dog urine. The sprinklers went off in the night and even if you were parked two cars in from their planters, like me, your car got sprayed. This place was awful.

I chose this hotel due to previous ratings, but I was very disappointed. My room had a very musty, moldy odor when the AC was turned on, and the carpets showed mold as well. Bathroom was dirty and looked unsanitary as well. They need to completely renovate.

Loved staying here when in Camarillo. Unfortunately they can’t make up there minds whether or not to use the cash app for the $1 deposit of the room. After staying there 3 tmes they’ve gone back to not using it. To bad. Have to find another place

The check staff was so friendly and helpful. The ladies servicing our room were also friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the use of the pool. We did not hear any noise from the freeway our air conditioner was on the entire time. We stayed 2 nights but would have extended our stay if we could have, they were booked unfortunately.
