Let's see if I can give a useful description :-) It feels like a very nice old-school hotel. If I was looking for a place to put up a business traveler, or a visiting speaker I was having in, I'd feel very comfortable with having them there. In particular, the soundproofing was really good -- I stayed on the third floor, directly above the Italian restaurant across the street, and right next to the elevator, and didn't hear a thing -- and the breakfast, well, I usually skip hotel breakfasts, but this was actually good. However, by old-school, I mean that it's configured on the assumption that you're going to be out and about most of the day, and come back to sleep or change your clothes. If you were planning to stay in the room for large chunks of the day, because it's a personal hanging out trip, or for all of it, because your PCR came back the wrong way, and you have to quarantine, it'd feel, um, tight, and you'd notice that amenities you find in more modern-concept hotels (fridges and microwaves, like that) aren't there. So, overall: if you're going to be mostly out and about, this is a really nice place to stay. I absolutely recommend. If you're going to be mostly in, maybe look around a bit more.

The breakfast was really nice and the bed was very comfortable.

The rooms were not sound proof and they gave me a room next to a creaky old stairs. The breakfast staff were like tornados. I know the have a job to do but they would bulldoze your down while you were standing trying to get food. The service could have been more eloquent.

Very cozy, peaceful and efficient! The organic buffett was quite impressive with a lot of breads and freshly squeezed carrot juice and freshly brewed coffee. I wish I had stayed more than one night.

Spent 1 night. Closed to city center and very cosy rooms with nice deco (refurbished lately) Bathroom very nice. Only breakfast is not perfect but ok.

Great location, wonderful staff, simple but elegant, and love the little bar, always open, by the front desk. Breakfast not to be missed

Breakfast was atrocious. Old decaying food that had been left over from previous days.Totally unhygienic and inedible.

Hotel is well located, good security, great restaurants in area, lovely sitting areas. Rooms have a good ambience. Breakfast good.

Always my hotel of choice when visiting Frankfurt on business. Solid, dependable, in a beautiful neighborhood,and within healthy walking distance of many businesses.

Lovely and quaint. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was exceptional. Local restaurants were delicious, and staff was happy to make reservations.

Very quiet location with reasonable breakfast included. Would have been nice if the bathroom had a few toiletries (shampoo etc) thrown in but main thing was bed comfortable and quiet room

Had to overnight in Frankfurt and decided to get away from the airport area. This hotel was the perfect choice. Close to everything in the city centre as well as to the subway. Very charming with tasteful decor throughout and well appointed room with luxurious bathroom.

The atmosphere in the room was different from the atmosphere of the atmosphere.I like a room with a bathtub, because I'm a Japanese. but breakfast is yamm.

The title says much of what took place.Idk our rooms Cleanliness or Comfort for we werent able to obtain our room. I merely filled in the above meh rating because Im unable to complete this survey.Wed paid for the room a month prior via Expedia. Received a Booking Number etc.,Lo & behold we get to the Hotel Villa Orange to find theyd ignored or made a mistake & gave our room to another guest(s).All hotels, including Hotel Villa Orange in the Frankfurt CBD were booked solid due to an international Textile conference in the area.Suffice to say the on-duty Hotel Villa Orange people were very apologetic & worked relentlessly to find us a room at another hotel.I know this can & does happen often. Apparently it was our turn.

Very nice family like style hotel in a very calm area. Still close - walking distance to Konstabler Wache, i.e. main shopping area and train connection to aiport. I will come here again.

Ive been to few hotels in Frankfurt in recent years - this one is the best. Medium sized, cozy hotel, located just 5 minutes walking distance from city center in a good & quiet neighborhood, with public transportation just 200 m away. Great breakfastClean and tidyVERY helpful staff (speaks very good English)

We were looking for a convenient place to stay in Frankfurt that had parking. It was easy to get to the Villa Orange, and parking was available ($15/night, not bad). The room was nicely appointed, and the staff very friendly. The free breakfast the next morning was generous, and provided high quality options. The location was perfect, and the stay enjoyable.

Nice small non smoking hotel in excellent location and friendly great service, great organic plenty breakfast. Good wi-fi. Rooms are of good size and very comfortable. Public transportation within 5-10 min walk. Pleanty of restaurants and supermarkets within 5 min walk. Love this hotel, we will stay here if in Frankfurt.

Very clean and comfortable with old world charm. Loved the 2 balconies. The breakfast buffet was first rate and the specialty teas in the room a real plus! The staff was helpful and courteous.
