Service is amazing, and the unit and view stunning

Condo was nice but somewhat inconvenient for access. Note also you should like climbing stairs to access pool or beach. Room was very comfortable and staff friendly. Also noted there was a 50% price drop before we arrived for new reservations. We were not notified of the price change and paid full boat. I call foul on that.

Overall the hotel is nice and the staff was very friendly. However, i was constantly attacked by mosquitoes the entire 3 days i stayed. They staff brought me insect spray but they just kept appearing out of no where. The shower heads could use some updating but other than that the rooms were very nice and the breakfast they brought to the room every morning was delicious. I will say the office and pool are kinda inaccessible especially from the newer building as you have to walk down several flights and a hill to get to it.

Property is good. The area is quiet which I do like.

Just wish the hotel had a restaurant on the property.

The view is amazing, the balcony is massive! The service was great, check in was great easy and quick. Communication before and during my stay was awesome. The hotel is on the quieter side of the island and if you are looking to party you will be kind of far from most. But definitely a great value for the price.

Great place to stay. Clean, quiet, great view. We had a large studio with a kitchenette. It was perfect. Nice large bathroom too. We were there during shoulder season and the price was fantastic. The pool is huge and was very clean. We pretty much had it to ourselves. It's a few flights of stairs down to the pool, or you can drive. A flight of stairs down from the office and a short walk around the JW Marriott and you're at the beach. I would say you probably want to rent a car as most things besides the beach and Marriott aren't really walkable. Still, we had a great time here and would definitely go back.

Stayed here for 6 days and wish I had booked it for longer. I spent a solo birthday trip out in St. Maarten and ended up booking my stay here and very glad this was the place I chose to stay. I had stayed in the delux suite top floor and couldn’t get enough of the views. The room was ALWAYS clean since the cleaners came everyday and made sure you had everything you needed. I didn’t plan on being a “homebody” and was thinking I was gonna travel the island more but since the hotel practically had everything one needs, I stayed half my trip in the room. Even when my birthday came around the cleaners had hotel staff had gifted me a birthday card and some Rosé! Without telling them why I was there or when my birthday was. You all deserve 6 stars for how you all take care of the property and its guests. The parking lot for guests isn’t the one next to the pool either. It’s the parking lot above. And to get there you have to go through a gate (they give you a remote). The fact it’s a gated parking lot even made me like this hotel even more. But if you do stay here I highly recommend getting a rental car. The hills are super steep and isn’t much around oyster pond. Everything is really on the other side of the island (phillipsburg, Simpson bay) even then..it only takes 30 minutes on average to go from one side of the island to the other in car. I appreciate all the staff from princess heights for making my 27th birthday a relaxing, unforgettable time. Highly recommend this place.

This is my 3rd stay at Princess Heights and once again they didn't disappoint. Clean room, friendly staff, and amazing views!

Great property, nice and clean rooms. Just make sure you rent a car.

The property was very spacious, clean and the overall stay comfortable. The help desk girls were assisting and providing information about the dinning options in the area and excursion around the island and to the neighbouring ones. The views from our veranda were of the most beautiful ones as we drove around the island visiting g different spots daily. However the driving in and out the facility is challenging and you must have a car even to go to the closest beach if you stay here. BZH creperie was the best one to dine. The food the service the ambiance so worth it. And so reasonably priced. We had a fantastic time, however there were places if we knew closer to the sea and to the night life . Simpson Bay or Maho village would the best spots to stay on island.

This was likely our seventh or eighth stay at Princess Heights that should tell you how much we love staying there. Highly recommended

Very nice staff, they help you with everything. they arranged breakfast and transport to the nearest supermarket. Very compassionate!

Check this out. This Place is Amazing! The views are spectacular. the rooms are large with all the amenities but what makes this place really stand out is the staff. Bend over backwards kind of things, service that was above and beyond. Saskia, Simone and the rest of the team always a we can do attitude. We loved it! We had to leave earlier than expected but we will be back! Thank you to all!!!

I choose this hotel for the view and the pool which are very nice. I did not rent a car and I discovered the area is not very walkable due to the very hilly terrain. I walked to a few restaurants to eat as there was not restaurant on the premises. I found it challenging to get to these restaurants. So you need a car if you stay here.

We loved the hotel and staff. Our room had everything we needed including a great view. Area is quiet, only a few restaurants. The Big Fish has great food and the service was amazing, reservations recommended.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast delivered to your room is a real treat. The location is convenient to restaurants and beaches on the French side.
