Air conditioning didn’t work well at all. I think I maybe slept 5 hours total over two nights due to how hot the room was. Also heard other guests complaining about it. TV kept freezing. Could not ring front desk from the room. No sauna. All things that I booked the room for.

We were sweltering trying to figure out the air conditioner and the room was very dim with one faulty lamp and another half dim. A reception staff came to fix both.
The floor was gritty and we had to wipe it with wet paper towels to walk bare feet.
Breakfast was good, and the hotel is well located. I would only consider this a 3 star hotel as it has seen better days.

The room was extremely hot when I complained to front desk they said it was a central air for all rooms and nothing could be done and didn’t even bother coming to the room to check. Other than that room was not ready at check in we had to wait 45 minutes past the scheduled time

The gym was not well equipped. No dumbbells or bench or any weight. Only 3 machines: tredmill, elliptical and a bicycle. No water heater/coffee machine in the room.

The hotel was located right in the center. The parking garage below the hotel and direct elevator access to the hotel was a plus. The hotel room was clean in general. A decent breakfast.

When we arrived at the hotel, I asked the receptionist about breakfast, and she told me that we didn’t have it included. I thought I might have forgotten to book it, but it was her responsibility to inform us about breakfast options and then provide us with a bill if needed. Additionally, the gym was closed. I specifically chose this hotel because of the gym, as I needed to exercise after a 5-hour drive.

Rooms are outdated. Rusted showers, old phones that do not work. The immediate area around the property is frankly awful, noisy, looks run down. This property is indeed in the downtown area, but the historic area is a 20 minute walk, which again, is not bad ,but the area is dirty, looks old and tired. I tried getting a sandwich at the cafe and the counter was crawling with fruit flies all over the food. Do not stay here, you will be disappointed

It was a very short trip en route to a further destination, I have visited Tarragona many times before and I know this hotel well so I knew what to expect and it did not disappoint.

Hotel is a bit dated , no usb chargers or sockets near to bed to charge through the night. Phones in the bathroom died with Elvis. Very friendly restaurant manager but only 2 or 3 customers using it.

Nice hotel in the city centre, ideal for a city trip. Rooms are clean and spacious, bed is comfortable, and the airconditioning works perfectly.
Maybe I was unlucky with a leaking showerhead. Also the sealing edges in the bathroom need a redo. Nothing major tho.

The only fantastic experience we had was when checking in with Salma, the receptionist. She is so wonderful and went the extra mile with us. She is so kind, friendly, and helpful.
The hotel looks great outside but the facilities were terrible. No sockets near the bedside table, only near the TV. So if you want to work with your laptop, you need the whole 9 yards of cable. Then, the aircon is not powerful enough due to my hot flashes - this is very bad. Lastly, the pool, it's not enough to swing a cat. The hotel is huge but the pool was terrible. If you're after the pool, don't bother booking. But on the bright side- The staff were all wonderful. It's a shame, the hotel itself is not good enough.

Good hotel but a walk outside of the main areas of interest in Tarragona. The pool is tiny and shallow with about 6 sun loungers so don’t be fooled to have a lot of space to swim or sun bath. Otherwise an ok City hotel.
