went to check in and the employee at the desk didnt know how to work the computer system so she took my drivers license and kept it in the front desk while a housekeeper met me at the room she wanted me in. we were in a bit of a time crunch so we had to leave our stuff which included some valuables in a room that wasnt blocked off for us in the system and didnt even get room keys till about 8 hours after the original time i tried to check in

As per the title, the room was very clean and very presentable. The ac worked well, but it made a noticeable clicking sound. Apparently, this will be fixed.

The bed is extremely uncomfortable- I expected this from the sofa bed but honestly they were about the same. The breakfast was nice, just be aware if you aren’t in the main building you will have to walk outside to get there.
Also, pretty disappointing that I don’t earn Marriott credit because I booked through Hotels.com. I won’t make that mistake again

I had a lovely, wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly even though I felt like me and my kids was bugging them and I am so happy.My children were able to enjoy the swimming pool as much as they want

This was my second time staying at this location but this experience was not as great. The door to one of the rooms was stiff and hard to open/close in addition to having an uneven floor. Also, the day we walked into our room, the thermostat read 86 degrees and it was not cooling AT ALL. We tried contacting the front desk via phone but no one answered.

Was pretty chill hotel to stay at. Only issue I had was when housekeeping came in while I was still in bed on one of my days and I not to have my room serviced. And it was done anyway. Other than that the staff was friendly and did their jobs professionally and kindly. We (my cousin and I) were also waiting for a package that arrived on the 15th of may but has not been found.

It was a very nice stay. The only issue we had was we did see one roach, but I’m hoping it was just because of the thunderstorm since we were on the first floor. Everything else was great!

After showing up at the hotel, they told me that my reservation from hotels.com was cancelled and did not provide the room that was reserved. The staffer was rude and unhelpful and suggestion it was my fault for having just made the reservation.

Very nice hotel. Was clean. My last day there, somehow a huge cockroach was in the bathroom. Probably came in thru the shower drain. Make sure you keep the drains covered when not in used. Keep pests and other small animals out

The hotel itself was awesome and I would have given Five stars across the board but the first room I was put in the toilet was backed up with vomit and would not flush however the front desk immediately moved us to another room however that room had no remote for the TV thus we were stuck with a TV but no way to watch it and the front desk promised that we would get a remote that was never delivered other then those two minor issues we had an awesome time

While I have stayed at the hotel before with no issues, this time we were charged room damage fees for something we didn’t even do. The manager, Mr. Patel, was not helpful and didn’t even bother to review cameras to confirm what we said. The customer service we received about this issue was terrible.

Housekeeping didn't come yo our room one ting in our four day stay. We needed towels and trash removed but they never came. On our last day there the complementary breakfast was out of everything but cereal and breads.
