Stay was good, breakfasts were good and reception personnel were most helpful. Never once was there mention of a parking fee until after I received my credit card statement and that was only because I called about the additional charge. No mention of it any time during checkin. Would have been nice to be told about it at some point. Also received an email that the room was ready but the carpet had been cleaned and the floors were wet when we got there,

Great service all round! Staff very accommodating after we requested a new room away from outside noise. Room, location, staff cleanliness and breakfast buffet was excellent. Didn’t use pool and hot tub but looked very clean and inviting.

They claim they overbooked the hotel for at least 5 families from my daughter’s team. Despite booking two months prior they gave my room to someone who booked the week before. They sent me to a different Marriott property with a significantly smaller room and fewer amenities at the same price. We were effectively forced to take what we were given due to limited last minute options. They have ignored every opportunity to rectify the situation by reducing the cost, etc. Other reviews show this is how they operate.

The room was nice and the hotel would have been great had we been able to use the pool area. The air conditioning had gone out in the front of the hotel where the pool was and when you went to go into the pool it was hotter then outside. Which was over 100. Over all it wasn't bad but the dining area was super hot in the mornings as well from the waffle makers and lack of air conditioning as well.

Small black insects on the pillow and sheet were observed at first night. So I advised counter lady to disinfect the bed in this room.

Shower water pressure is awesome! Ok breakfast, but they didn't disclose of their 12$ per day parking charge until after i got the bill. So that was surprising and ridiculous. Cannot recommend based on the bs parking fee.

It was a nice hotel very clean and spacious, the only issue we had was with the air conditioning it wouldn’t work and they have no handyman on call or any other rooms to move us too… but they were very friendly!

The staff was amazing! Overall it’s a good place to stay once a year for my family and I when we visit for my kids fine arts competition for school. They were all so kind and attentive in every way possible. The front desk representatives were fun to chat with, they made us feel welcomed. They were also very considerate of any requests I had. I always leave a tip for the housekeepers and whenever there is continental breakfast available at the end of my trip so when I got a huge thank you from the lady in charge of the breakfast it made my day.
I do have two small cons, probably parking spots for families since the parking is dark and spread out, and more choices for breakfast.

Booked a 2 bedroom with fireplace. There was no fireplace.
Staff was friendly, breakfast was a scavenger hunt due to only serving half trays and people waiting for the fresh tray to drop like someone who hasn’t eaten in 4 days. Parking was fine, use the pass they give you.

Everything was great only thing I didn’t like was that they required a 150$ deposit on top of the actual payment for the hotel night stay in case of damages . I was caught off gaurd because I didn’t see that in any description at checkout on Expedia.

The suite was amazing! It was roomy and clean and had a full kitchen with dishes and utensils. The beds were comfy and had nice linens, and each room had its own TV. The fireplace in the living room was a nice touch! The indoor pool and jacuzzi were clean and there were plenty of towels. The breakfast was so good, especially the omelets! The staff was friendly and helpful.
The only negative thing was that the sofa bed mattress was thin and I could feel the springs.
Overall, our stay was wonderful!! I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Great staff, indoor swimming pool & hot tub and basketball hoop (rim has to be adjusted) that the kids enjoyed playing outside. Great location Very close to food, shopping areas and well maintained.

We could use more big towels. There was only enough for one person even though we booked for three people. Overall the rest was okay! Hallways smelled but the room was clean.

We stayed at the property because it was just a few miles from my daughters softball tournament. The room was clean, spacious and nice and cool on a 100 degree day. We will definitely stay here again.
